I got a quick question: Why do I need a prescription to buy drugs at a Vitamin Shoppe but I DONT need one to buy drugs onlin?.

I also got another question: Just started this week. So far liking it (except for the sour cream soy chips). Any ideas for add-ins to chicken salad and maple and brown sugar oatmeal. Or are none necessary?.

For the chicken salad, I put it on a whole wheat english muffin, slice of ff swiss cheese and also add in a few chopped pickles. Yummy!.

For the oatmeal, the night before I put the dry oatmeal in a bowl with a container of yogurt and some frozen berries. Mix and refrigerate overnight and by the next morning the berries are thawed and it all mixes together well and is delicious!..

I just make my own and use my own (lean chicken) We have 1oz. to use as a protein anyway, and add diced celery, pickle relish, sometimes egg, and FF mayo or FF ranch dressing. I'd rather make my own and then I have more NS entrees!.

This morning I microwaved the Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal with sliced bananas and it was very good! You can add a little bit of ICBINB spray on top if you want...

I add celery and hard boiled egg to the chicken salad along with some spices and dried mustard. It's really good. I usually add raisins to the oatmeal but I've also made the oatmeal cookies that are posted in the recipe section. Sorry I can't remember where right now but they are called Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies...

Faith36, I've read on this BB that the chicken salad is better if refrigerated first. I've never done that but put one in the 'fridge when I received it a couple of days ago. Having eaten many of them right out of the package at room temp, I think refrigerating it will be an improvement...

I am eating my chicken salad right now..this is what I added...

Chicken salad.

1 ounce lean rib eye (afternoon protein) ( I sometimes use chicken breast 1ounce).

1 hard boiled egg (snack protein).

1/2 tomato.

Lettuce (romaine all the time).

Cucumber.

Sprouts.

Melba toast crumbled ontop like croutons..

I am having the chicken salad now. this is my second day. I thought the chicken would be flakes, so I fixed me a great big salad with all the veg goodies and fresh mandarin orange and then put the chicken on top, oops, I thought, but I don't need dressing. it is pretty good. as for the Oatmeal, havent' tried that one yet. good luck:-)..

I thought just regular oatmeal was part of the plan? are you talking about the ones with all the sugar, carbs and flavors?..

I did exactly the same thing. Got a big bowl of lettuce & celery and went looking for the chicken. Thankfully I didn't put my FF dressing on it before I opened the pouch! It was smelley but it tasted good when it was all mixed up. I'm on my first week so I don't really know what I'm having until I open the package...

The oatmeal is maple and brown sugar not plain. Actually, I didn't know that plain was offered. Based on everyone's recommendations, I think salad with chicken salad on top is the way to go...

I can't remember who posted this idea, but it has become my favorite breakfast. Microwave the oatmeal as directed (any flavor is good, but I especially like the maple, brown sugar the best). Mix it with 3 egg whites and 2 T raisins. Heat some butter flavored Pam in a small frying pan and dump the oatmeal mixture in. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat, turn over and cook another 5 minutes. Turn out on a plate and pour about 2 T.

Top with FF/SF Cool Whip. THis is delicious and very filling...
