Got a quick question: Who knows the total food list for Medifast Diet? Thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: I missed some yesterday and man oh man, I had a headache that would kill you. :P I've been drinking about 128 oz a day (4 of those 32 oz jugs) and I was surprised at how bad I felt by missing some of it yesterday...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

I'm lucky if I get in 64 oz, most days less than that...

Odd question - do you drink it straight from a gallon container, or do you refill throughout the day in a smaller one? I've actually considered just using one of our water jugs over and over......

I have a 24 oz bottle and I try and get in 5-6 of those a day while at work - does not include what I drink at home. I did read somewhere - that when trying to loose weight you should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces in water!..

I drink about 80 oz of water per day, I try to drink most of it at work because at home my bf will steal my water cup and it ends up throwing off my count lol..

At least 64 ozs a day but usually much more than that..

I just stop keeping track after the required amount is in me...

I try to get in about 120 oz. a day...

70-90oz per day. I, too, notice that the more I drink, the better I lose. For most of us, that can be a difficult concept to wrap your brain around, until we test it out and see that it is true...

Around 150 oz of H2O daily. I usually have 75 oz done by 11am and taper off around 7pm...

I still get a minimum of 72 a day, but generally closer to 120 oz. Water is a very important part of maintenance for me...

Personally, I use a 32 ounce refillable bottle that I fill from a Brita pitcher. Our tap water on occasion gets a bit of "flavor" to it that I don't love and because everyone in the house was drinking the individual bottles that we were buying by the case at BJs, this is a cheaper alternative. Especially since my mother and brother have the tendency to take a bottle, open it, drink maybe half and then just forget the bottle somewhere in the house at which point they begin the cycle all over again...

Anywhere from 120-240 depending upon my wake/sleep cycles (night shift worker, it messes some things up)...

Between 150 and 250+ ounces.

I drink filtered water from a Pur filter.

I have so much energy with Medifast that I wake usually between 4 and 5am, and have 1/2 my water in before 9am. I go to sleep around 10pm..

About 120 at work and then another 40-80 when I get home. I find that if I get in all 120 at work then in the evenings I am actually thirsty and can easily put away another couple of large glasses tumblers.

I also average 3 shakes/drinks a day and I make them with 16 oz water..

I drink a minimum of 100oz everyday.... tonight I am finishing up 125oz.....

I shoot for at least 80 ounces a day, sometimes more. I also tend to add extra water to my shakes and cappuccino, so I'd guess I'm over that amount by a little bit...

110-120 ounces a day. 80-100 ounces at work (refilled into a 20-ounce container from the cooler) then usually a 30-ounce smartwater at home...

Steph relating to your acne thread. Water is good for your skin, it may not cure your issues but it might help if you increased your water consumption...

I have between 90-120. Usually, I have a liter before noon, so it makes it easy to get the other 2+ liters throughout the day. I have a 1 liter bottle I refill...
