My question is Which weight lose program is better, Medifast or Medifast? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: I'm doing my menu for the next week and am looking for ideas. I'm not feeling very creative ary the moment. I'm having spinach quiche right now...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Right now I'm really into baking green beans (on a cookie sheet w/ canola spray), and having the morning star breakfast patties. So yummy! I could eat this pretty much everyday so I probably will for a week or so...

LOL this is funny! I really dont like green beans but I think I need to test the waters and try them out sometime perhaps!..

Chicken breast with a romaine, spinach, cucumber salad. It was topped with a tablespoon of fresh salsa which included cilantro that I'm growing and actually keeping alive!..

How long do you bake them? And at what temperature?..

Steak, salad with WF Creamy Bacon Dressing, and a side of cauliflower rice (while looking longingly at DH and DH's corn, french fries, and artesian bread!!!!!).

I still have a meal left so I think I'll treat myself to a brownie!.

Have a great night everyone!..

Sounds yummy! Gonna have to try the baked green beans!..

I had Gorton's Lemon Pepper Fillets and lettuce. It was also my first meal of my day, so now I have to hope like mad that I'll have time to get all my Medifast meals in tonight at work. Last night was so busy I had to double up and basically wolf the bars down without even tasting them...

Grilled swordfish & asparagus YUM One of my all-time favorite meals even before MF. I just omit the butter & lemon now but still, oh so good!..

Chicken with mushroom cream sauce (from Sandy's Kitchen website) and roasted brussel sprouts...

We're going to have the stuffed peppers we posted last week sooooo good! A couple of big poblano peppers stuffed with shredded, cooked, marinated chicken and low fat cheese, along with cauli-rice and green salad. Can't wait got to get cooking!..

Question.... brussel sprouts? Going to have to look this one up... thought that was a no no... but I learn something new everyday........

We had steak and roasted zuchinni... still needing 2 greens tonight... thinking celery.....

Really??? Darnnnn.... I didn't now broccoli was off plan. It is very low in carbs and calories. I'll have to look up too...

Yep... They are off plan... I was doing so well too.....

Cobb salad and the Assisted Living Home with my grandmother. The good news is that their portions are very small... the bad news was that I had to come home and eat a MSF sausage patty to get all my lean in!.

Oh well, it made Grandma's day!..

Broccoli is definitely on plan.. no worries there....... Just live and learn....
