Hi everyone, quick 1st question: Which is the best brand of hair dye at a convenient/Vitamin Shoppe?.

My 2nd question is: They're good! I didn't microwave them, as advice here said. Instead I sprayed a pan with Pam and put the eggs into it. Then added some FF Cheddar Cheese (shredded) and made an omlet! It was great! I had half a banana and some vanilla yogurt with it. Yummy breakfast!!..

The eggs get rubbery in the MW. The pan is a good idea. I've been on NSA for 7 days and I really love the food. I haven't lost any weight yet, but w/walking, I've been working out w/weights, so hopefully I've put on a little muscle...

The eggsall of the typesare my favorite breakfast, cooked on the stove of course. So glad you liked them!..

I'm gonna try the pan next time. I wasn't thrilled with them in the microwave. Thanks for the tip...

I'll have to change my order and add one or two... I looooooooove sausage..

I luv the sausage ones. mine work great in the microwave, I eat them on the way to work. I also add a little shredded cheese to them. yummy!..

I haven't had any problems with them getting rubbery. I thought they tasted just like the omlet I made my daughter with regular eggs! lol..

I like to add a real egg as my protein and start by saute'ing peppers and onions in high heat PAM. My favorite Saturday morning ns breakfast...

I do love All the eggs.. except the one with the with the sausage in it.. for some reason I cannot get them to taste good.. the regular and the ones with just cheese I LOVE! I sautee them all the exact same but that one.. I just can't get it..........

Wow, thanks for the tip about using the pan instead of the microwave for the eggs! I thought they were horrible when I tried them in the microwave as directed. I'll be sure to break out my Wolfgang Puck tools next time.

Maryanne, that's exactly how I make them!! Adding an egg to the powdered egg mixture makes them taste more like real eggs! And the onions and peppers are a must! Add mushrooms too, when I have them!..

I'm gonna have to try them on the stovetop. I just can't face them in the microwave again. I'm not a big fan of eggs anyway, but I try to try everything...

I'm glad I read this. I didn't order any eggs in my first order as I was afraid. Thanks for the great info!!..

I see recipe's that include the NS "chicken patty" I don't see that as a choice to order. Anybody know??..

I only pan cook my eggs and add 2 egg whites and it is my favorite breakfast and I think the most filling..

I was the same as you with the no weight loss the first week but then one day I was down 3 then next day down 1 then next day down 1 and holding again so waiting for the next pound to fall.

I did not measure (wish I had) but I know I am losing inches..

I have not had the time to add the veggies yet but that sounds good. Maybe if I pre-cook the veggies at night or the weekend and then pull them out in the morning and just heat them that will work..

I tried the cheese eggs in the micro and they were good. For some reason when I tried the suasage eggs they were terrible. They made me gag but I will try them on the stove.

This 1st week has been frustrating because I have not lost as much weight as I have expected. So far I have only lost 1/2 lb. I guess that's because I lost 10lbs prior to starting ns...

Does anyone know about sf jello or any other free foods besides those listed on the site? I did see something about laughing cow cheese...

I use Rotel (canned tomato spicy mixture) in lots of stuff. When I drain the liquid from the can I save it and use it instead of the 4oz of water for my eggs. It helps a lot and I also add the rotel in my eggs too...

Thanks for the great ideas. Never even thought to cook them on the stove. Just found out this morning that the microwave is really not a very good option. Rubbery!!! Even tobasco couldn't help them. Could only choke down about 1/2 of them. I'm going to try the skillet tomorrow morning..

Thanks again,..

I've had 4 separate shipments and ordered them every time and have never received them. I was actually beginning to wonder if they actually existed...

This is good to hear. I have four of them and have been afraid.I will try tomorrow. I have found that alot of the things people hate are actually good...
