That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

Not afraid to admit my ignorance.... what is Capp?? I've never heard of it. Am I missing out on something awesome???? Do share... please!!!!..

Okay... I think it just dawned on me.... Cappuccino?? Maybe?? I've only been on Medifast for four days. I'm still learning!!! :-)..

I drink the cappucino every morning or the hot cocoa...I do this to both... I mix the package with 1/2 cup of water and wisk it till all the lumps are gone. Then I take my huge travel mug and pour it in the bottom. I fill the mug up with coffee all the way to the top. stir and yum! no need for cream or sugar ever. I do this with both and it is so yummy...

Love it!..

I dont think I could do the coco cold heehee..

ME ME ME!!!.

(FluffyBunny does too...surprised shes not here yet!).

I LOVE it in SO many ways......

I've also fallen in love with the calorie burn version...tastes the same to me & I can't tell it has caffeine in it (unlike the infusers which personally give me a headache)..

I love the Cappiccino!! I recently got the fat burner one and it's delicious also! I do mix it with a little water to make a paste while the one cup of water is boiling in the micro and then I add it. NO lumps at all!!..

I have one every workday morning. I put about 10oz of cold water in my personal blender, then the powder and blend until it's all off the edges. then I add about 1c of ice and have it like an iced drink. also, I just recently started putting a little Torani SF Vanilly Syrup in it...YUMM!..

I LOVE the cappuccino and the hot chocolate. I have one every morning (work days) and they are YUMMY! I'll have to try them "iced". Sounds delish!..

I like the capp blended with ice and one squirt of SF chocolate syrup and one squirt of SF carmel syrup. Yummy!..

I've got a box coming to me in my next order. We shall see... I'm hoping that I like it so I can mix it with coffee and ice during the summer months...

Capp is my morning standard with a tsp of SF watkins chocolate and 10 oz water. I also do the paste thing with a bit of water and the powder followed by boiling water. Mmmmm..

I like the Capp when I can get it mixed. I will have to try some of the suggestions to mix with a little water and then add the hot. I've only had it a couple of time now (starting week 3 tomorrow)..

I did just try mixing the Hot Cocoa with some coffee this a.m. - OMG Delish!!! I am not a big coffee drinker unless it is loaded with flavor and sugar (which of course is a big NO NO!) This definitely fits the bill. It may need to be part of my morning routine. Better double check the next order to make sure I am getting some more.

Here's to a great Medifast Day!!!.

I love <3 the capp and the hot cocoa. I add coffee to both and it ends up being a nice indulgence. Cold hot chocolate??? Hmmm... Might have to try that...

I keep it next to the Drano under the sink. I figure if I grab the wrong one by mistake, the Drano will probably taste better........
