My question is Where can I get Medifast Coupons? Thanks in advance for any response. Second question.. I survived week #1! I lost 6.6lbs and DH lost 6lbs! DH, of course, is already starting to look thinner. Im told that men lose weight a whole lot faster than women, so I'm not worried. I may not look thinner yet, but my jeans sure do fit a lot better!.
I do need to get back on the "water overload" bandwagon.. I started the week great, drinking plenty of water. But by the end of the week I had slacked off quite a bit. I am surprised though, I used to NEVER drink water but now I drink it with every meal and then some. And I actually find myself enjoying drinking it and thinking that it TASTES good! I used to hate the thought of drinking water with supper. Idk why...
What i've learned:.
1) Water is NOT the enemy! In fact, it actually helps you more than you'll ever realize..
2) "Healthy" food can actually taste pretty darn good, even without adding a bunch of salt!.
3) Exercise GIVES you energy, not takes it away! (Dispite what I once had myself convinced into believing..).
4) No matter how great I feel about making healthy decisions, they're will always be a skinny person sitting next to me eating a big mac and feeling no regrets! Ha! (true story).
5) Most of the Medifast food can be improved to taste. MOST of it...
6) This diet is totally worth it!.
What I hate/love:.
*I LOVE the oatmeal! I love it, just as it is. I will admit, it does have a slight cardboard taste to it, but nothing that cant be over looked. I occasionally add splenda or cinnammon to it if I'm eating it at home, but I like it plain as well. It is, in my opinion, one of the better Medifast foods..
*I LOVE the crunch bars! I've only had the choc mint and the peanut butter thus far, but they are amazing. I wish I had ordered enough to eat them everyday for every meal!.
*I HATE the strawberry shake. No matter what, there is nothing you can do to make it taste better. Its nasty..
*I HATE the mint choc soft serve. It too cannot be improved by anything..
*DH LOVES the banana shake! (just thought i'd add that in there for him..).
Anywho, just thought i'd share a little about my first week. Im feeling strong and excited about week#2!..

Your first week sounds so familiar! I never could drink the strawberry shake, but banana will be a treat when the weather warms up. I could exist on choclate mint crunch bars, brownies (often made into cookies) and cocoa - freezer fudge. Do you detect a pattern of chocolate?Cheese puffs during movies, soup on cold days, but give the the chocolate and I never feel deprived. Congrats on a great week!..
Thanks! I seem to be at a stand still right now, idk why.. I chug water every chance I get, otherwise I forget until it's the end of the day. And I do my best to get all my snacks in. Idk whats up....
Your body is just catching up with itself.
Weight gain isn't linear... neither is the loss. Stay on plan, do what you need to do and your body will have no choice but to get smaller..

I just finished week one myself and lost 4 pounds. What I love is the blueberry oatmeal and vanilla shakes and pudding with coconut extract in them..
Hate? Well I hate 3 p.m. That is when my bad eating time before Medifast would start and go right on until I went to bed. I am changing that habit and it's very hard...
Sassy, I feel your pain! My "bad eating time" was in the morning.. I LOVE breakfast so i've always had a big breakfast. And then i'd either get busy or just wouldnt be hungry, and wouldnt end up eating again until late afternoon/early evening. Thats what hurt me the most I'm sure. I miss my breakfasts... :/ Ooh well, onto bigger and better things, right?!..
