I got a quick question: Where can I find cyclostanozol or methadrostenol? What Vitamin Shoppe?.

I also got another question: It says we can have one slice of bread occasionally, correct? (Wheat or whole grain???) So...my question is, what can we use ON our bread?..

Your question was: Where can I find cyclostanozol or methadrostenol? What Vitamin Shoppe?.

I have a question about butter..

I needed a fat and put 1 tsp of butter on my green beans last night. I didn't find butter in the fat list, though. I'm assuming it's not an NS approved food, which is fine...I know for next time..

I probably should have looked BEFORE I buttered them. '.

I'm in the "10 lbs to lose" category so I imagine the weight will come off very slowly...

The "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" is popular on these boards. A lot of people use a spray version, but I've never tried it I like to see the stuff melt! I used ICBINB even before NS, it's pretty darn good...

Hola, new to this NS stuff so I'm trying to pick up some tips! I bought ICBINB today and am wondering if it counts as a fat or a free food? I noticed it has 0 calories but what would be a serving, a few squirts?.

Thanks in advance!..

I have 100 lbs to lose in total, so does this mean I shouldn't use any bread at all?..

The choice really is up to you. I have seen the dietitian post that yes you can have the extra carb...

I use the ICBINB spray but make sure you don't use more than the number of sprays it says because it does have fat in it. They're just not required to label it if the serving size is below a certain calorie limit...

I occasionally use butter as my fat serving. 45 calories/5g fat is one serving. I think it's not on the list of "approved" fats because of the saturated fat (also in NS foods)...

Got it! Thanks..

I certainly don't make a habit of using butter. I actually quite rarely do but it was just done of those days and it went down so nice on steamed green beans...

I'd call and speak to a counselor. Like Jenn said I've seen people continue to use the over +100 lbs to lose (with the extra carbs and fruit) and then when you get to a point where your weight loss stops or slows down-then drop the extra carbs...

Women with less than 100 pounds to lose only get bread if the entree calls for it. Like burger, chicken patty. If you use that entree to have a slice of bread somewhere in your day, you can put just about anything you want on it as long as that item is 20 calories or less..

For example. You might have the NS eggs for breakfast and a piece of toast to go with it. To do this, you have the NS chicken breast without bread for dinner...
