Got a question... Where can I find a Medifast meal planner booklet? Thanks in advance for any answer. Second question of mine... So, I am 3.5 months in, and for some reason this week I could eat my right arm. Strange...hope it passes!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

Yeah Ive been having my STARVING days too, but it helps if you split your LG meals...thats what I do and it helps....also......

I think I kind of naturally cycle through hungrier times... drink lots of water... eat ALL of your food... make sure you are weighing out all the l&g's.....

On my hungry days/weeks I go back to a strategy I used in my first weeks on MF. I set an alarm for when it's time to eat and then put myself to busy-work and try not to think of food. I know that when the alarm goes off, it's time to eat. No alarm=no eat and to not even waste time thinking about it. It may not work for anybody else, but it works for me. Funny thing is that I employ the same strategy on those days when I.

I have been so hungry all week this week and it's my 11thweek. I just split my lean and green because I could not get satisfied with water..... UGH dont like feeling so out of control...

I specifically came on the boards tonight because I have been experiencing the same damn thing ALL OF THE SUDDEN. Is there something in the air?! I'm ending week #6, starting week #7 tomorrow. I wasn't hungry AT ALL the first 3 weeks. As a matter of fact, I often had trouble getting all 5 plus the L&G in by the time I went to bed. Now it's just the opposite. It seems the only time I am not hungry is right after I eat my L&G ...but within an hour, I am hungry again..

I was so happy that the first few weeks were so easy for me and I never felt hungry. And now it's starting to grate on my nerves!!..

I hear ya!!! I've been hungry too. I follow the same advice given by a previous poster and eat extra protein. That really seems to help...
