I got a quick question: What's the best black eye liner to get cheap at a drug-store?.

I also got another question: I've been on the Vegetarian Nutrisystem plan for about 4 days now and am struggling. I don't think the issue is that I've given up meat because I've never been much of a meat person, and I've bounced from being Vegetarian and Vegan from time to time. But my main issue is that I find myself to be hungry either right after I eat or shortly thereafter. I'm getting all my protein in but I'm curious to know if there is someone else out there that had the same problem..

I'm thinking it could be because of my work schedule. I'm currently deployed to Iraq and we work 12-hour shifts 7-days a week. Although I have a desk job, I do move around a lot plus I go to the gym either before or after work. Could it be that I'm burning way too many calories and that is why I'm hungry? Could I add additional snacks between my meals to help (i.e. fruits, veggies, NS snacks, etc.)?..

Your question was: What's the best black eye liner to get cheap at a drug-store?.

It will get better. I was really hungry for the first few days, then I was fine..

Are you eating all your add in foods? Try spacing out some of your meals. For instance, eat the NS breakfast entree, then an hour or so later have the protein addition and a piece of fruit. This can help your body adjust to smaller amounts of food..

If you feel you are burning a lot of extra calories, you might want to give an NS nutritionist a call and see if they would like you to add anything..

You should be eating around 1100-1300 calories per day (if you are a woman with > 100 pounds to lose), depending upon what your add ins are...

Thank you ladies! I'll try that and I'll pass it on to my coworkers as well (we all thought we were going crazy!)..

Hey. It's different for different folks. I was really hungry around Day 3 and 4, then it evened out. I started spacing all my foods so I'm eating every hour or so. YOu don't have to eat everything at one time. Plus, be sure to get all your water.

My husband was deployed to Iraq back in 04. Sending warm thoughts your way...

I felt *ill* on day four, and seriously weak, but then my body adjusted and I felt great! My advice is to make sure to drink water *with* your food; having a significant portion of water with my entrees seems to make them "go further" in terms of avoiding hunger...

Load up on steamed veggies. Sometimes if I'm feeling hungry I steam a bunch of veggies and put the NS entree on top of it. It helps. Good luck-stick to it! Also, free foods help. Coffee, tea, diet soda....your body will adjust...

If your having problems with hunger I'd call the counselors. Can you do that?.

I really wish I could offer more suggestions but I'm not on the vegerian program so they might not help. The hunger right after you eat is sort of common in the beggining. I think it's your body saying "Is that it?". It does go away in about 1/2 an hour after you eat and helps if you drink lots of water while you eat. If your super hungry, you could add a piece of fruit if that's possible. It won't kill your diet and might prevent you from eating off plan.

Eating my protein and fruit together really helps with cravings.

Good luck!!..

Hi.

I think in the begiinning I was a little hungry too. Drink your water, it helps and also I didin't eat everything in 1 sitting, I started to spread my food out. I also exercise everyday for 45 - 60 minutes. I will tell you that for my salads I put chicken on them. that is my protein for the day. I am not a vegetarian either, just didn't want to try NS meats.. Good Luck!..
