That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..
Thanks for the info but that leaves me with scrambled eggs, hot drinks, and tomato soup.....really not what I want to eat for the next year or so..
Sorry to hear about your allergy. You can sell what food you can't eat on ebay or Craig's List, or if it's been less than 30 days and only 1 packet is missing from a box, you can exchange them for the foods you can eat...
Oh man that bites...how long you been on mf? That happened to me when I started and it went away after a little while...maybe you can try and wait it out for a bit perhaps??.
I still get itches here and there but nothing to bad that I cant rub some that benadryl on LOL.......
Well I originally did Medifast a couple years ago and didnt really start breaking out until my 7th month. I just restarted and finished about 3 weeks. but I have rashes everywhere now, one of my co-workers just told me I have one on my face now!!!!! when did that happen. I tried benadryl and cortizon but nothing helps. I stopped Medifast for 2 days and everything lightened up. but as soon as I took a drink this am I was red all over again..
Medifast meals that are not soy protein based included the whey protein based scrambled eggs, fruit drinks, hot drinks, iced teas, soft serve, cream of tomato soup and antioxidant shakes..
Sorry to hear that. Im itchy right now and like I said have a little reaction to the soy perhaps...but also I'm on a LOT of meds currently so could be them LOL...either way ill ITCH MYSELF TO GOAL LOL..
Oh hahahaha! I love that you aren't going to let a little soy allergy stop you, ANAFALAXIS or NO!..
