Your question was: What is the best Vitamin Shoppe shampoo I can buy for fine, thin, colored hair?.

Glad someone liked it. Wasn't my cup of tea but honestly the brown mashed potatoes really killed it for me. However, I do agree that the portion size is good and it's a lot more appetizing if you eat it off a plate rather than out of the microtray.

I've really loved other stuff that people complain about. Amazing how varied our tastebuds are...

I too had the Meatloaf for dinner, it was really good. I put it on a plate and cut it up to look like more than it was. The MP I didn't dare try. I just threw them away. But all in all I really like the food. Oh did I mention I lost 4lbs last week? 18 more to go!..

OMG, you are missing out on the potatos then, they are yummy!.

THink of it this way, when they puree them, they are probably doing the whole potato - including the skin - to take advantage of all the vitamins in the skin. That's why they are gray!..

I love this dinner it is one of my favorates! the mashed potatoes may look bad but boy add some of the sauce to them and they are so yummy!!!! Try it...

LOL!.

I just started NS about 4 days ago. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were my first dinner choice. I can remember being apprehensive seeing the color of the potatoes and how amazed I was when I absolutely LOVED the entree! So far, that is my favorite dinner..

The food really is better than I expected. I do wonder about how healthy it is to eat processed food like that but I guess if it gets me to lose some weight and teaches me how to eat proper portions, that will outweigh the downside of eating processed foods..

Let's face it, if I had been able to eat just one cookie for a dessert, I wouldn't be needing this diet. Let's hope we can all change our ways...

"Outweigh" .... bad pun, StarySky ..

I have my annual physical in May of 2007, and at that time had been on NS since the previous July, so that was 10 months on it. Of course my physician remarked at my over-50-lb. weight loss at that time (now it's 66) and said he wished all his patients who needed to lose 50 lbs had done so. I was very curious how my bloodwork would turn out because I had the same concern that you expressed above. My bloodwork was great!! No problems and it was all in great ranges! I must say, too, that I feel just great eating this food, both physically and mentally (food is no longer an "issue" taking up mental energy like cravings and then beating myself up for having eaten something I shouldn't have). So, of course do check the plan with your own physician since each of us is different, but I've been on it for many months and it's only has a positive impact on my health, no negative ones. Best wishes for your success on the plan...

I haven't tried the mashed potatoes and meatloaf yet, but I will tonight. I didn't think I had any of these in my delivery, but I have one! If I like it, I'll order more in my next shipment...

This is a common question...they are not as bad as say, Lean Cuisines...I'm looking for an article for you.....

Congrats on your weight loss!.

I hade the meatloaf for the 1st time tonite, not bad at all. To fool myself with the potatoes I dumped in a bunch of mashed cauliflower (not mashed w/butter, etc) just plain, put some sauce over it and do able..

Have a Great week everyone!!.

I toaster oven the Meatloaf and MP. Remove them from the tray. Line my little pan with foil and PAM. Slice the MP's thinly before I remove them from the black tray (they have some sort of fat in them because they do get kind of crisp), and I split the Meatloaf into two halves. Cook for about 15 minutes at 350. those thin slices of mashed potatos are so good, and the Meatloaf is dry just like I like it...

I was a little worried about the potatoes when I saw them but I also loved the meal. I told my husband the meatloaf might be better then mine. He didn't believe me and wouldn't try it to see..

I also was turned off by the color of the potatoes - but once I put some of the meatload sauce on them - this meal turned into a favorite ~..

Thanks! You both eased my mind quite a bit!.

I've enjoyed every meal up until this morning...the eggs are nasty.

I think if I want eggs, Egg Beaters will be better..

The real surprise, aside from enjoying most of the food is that I'm genuinely not struggling with this diet AT ALL...after 30 plus years of yo-yo dieting, this is the first time I can say that I'm not waking each mornign dreading the hunger or the cravings! I'm really quite happy!!..

I love eggs but can't stand powdered eggs. I also can't deal with micro-eggs. So, I save my eggs for weekends when I have time to make them in a skillet. I put the powder and water in my magic bullet with one Real Egg (taboo?) which I count as my protien. I whip it up, then pour it in a skillet and make a veggie omlette. Egg Beaters even has southwest and veggie omlette mixtures...

Hi..Glad you liked it!..Most people write when they try it the first time asking why the potatoes are grey :P.

I love it also and dump it atop a pile of veggies...

Good luck!..
