I got a quick question: What is the best hair straightner I can buy at like any Vitamin Shoppe for under 30 dollars?.

I also got another question: Hi, I'm a noob to nutrisystem. My brother gave me 2months supply of the nourish foods and I was wondering on what exactly I should be eating. I have all the dinners, lunches, break...etc..but I'm not sure what sort of plan I should be doing. I saw online they have a thing where you can enter your own plan, but that doesn't help me. Any ideas?..

In addition to the online diary at My Program, go to My Account (link at very top of any NS page) and select Resource Kit Replacement you can review the meal plans for the various NS programs AND print a 2 day per page copy of the meal plan checkoff.

Also, if you call NS counseling, they will send you a booklet free with the info that is available online at My Program and My Account and that has 28 days' worth of checkoffs....

Welcome.

I have a question for the veterans along these lines. My first shipment will be here tomorrow but I am sending my personal shopper (daughter) to the store in the morning to get my foods to go with it. Am I understanding this correct that at breakfast I get my nutrisystem breakfast, a fruit, and a dairy everyday??? That seems like a lot of food. I would assume if this is correct it is the same for lunch and dinner. What I mean is everything they have listed on the food guide page under each meal you can have each day? Please help as I am attempting to make a list for my groceries and want to make sure I don't over buy or underbuy. I have the grocery list but I am trying to tell her the foods I like in each category...

Yes, that's correct, and not only can you have it every day, that's what you must eat every day. Sometimes it seems like too much, but you must have all that. And remember, when you put milk in your cold cereal per the package's directions, that doesn't count as your morning dairy. You don't have to have the morning dairy or protein and fruit with your breakfast entree; you can have it later in the morning if you like, so you don't get hungry...

Wow! I think I will be eating more than normal but I will say it will be better food. I love fruit but barely ever eat it. Thanks for your help! I am really excited about this...

It isnt as much as you think. I have my cereal usually mixed with my yogurt (dairy) and save the milk for later (that normally goes with cereal) so that I have a treat with my dessert..

I find it works easier to split up my food by eating every hour. So I may have a yogurt mixed with cereal but eat my fruit a bit later...

I'm starting the diet tomorrow. I've just started reading all of your emails and I'm a little confused. Supposed your not hungry enough to eat the fruit and dairy snack in the afternoon, can I save it have have the dairy with my dessert at night? Did I read that correctly? Thanks for your help..

Yes Rita you may just watch your reaction to fruit by itself - some people are sensitive to the fruit sugars and experience blood sugar level spikes (not a fun thing) -.

Your brother should have given you the diary booklet where you check off each item as you eat it each day. You can go to "MY PROGRAM" and select the NS item you have for breakfast, select the protein/dairy item, fruit item, etc. then do the same for the lunch, dinner. I believe men get a snack and dessert each day, women get just one. Also, read these Boards. Some people have posted sample menus and explanations of the program.
