Before I ask my question, I want to ask: What is a sure-fire way to pass a hair-follicle drug test? Home remedies or store boughtany ideas ?

My main question is: Has any one found a really good sugar-free syrup? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks...

My favorite waffle (made out of NS pancake mix and water instead of milk) topping is a serving of frozen blueberries nuked with a little splenda until warm, then I add 2T SF Mrs Buttersworth syrup. DELISH!..

Just be sure to read the bottle to see if it needs refridgeration...I learned the hard way. I know Mrs. Buttersworth does not, and while it is not my favorite choice (I prefer the real deal), it is not the worst!!!..

Try Walden Farms website. They have a selection of sf and ff items.

Of all the one's I've tried, I like a brand called "Spring Tree". I get it at Safeway...

I like one called Cary's sugar free maple. The serving size is 1/4 cup (30 cal). They serve it at IHOP around here, but I also got it at our local grocery store, Brookshire's in East Texas. It's pretty good!.

I had the NS pancake mix for the first time today and yummy! I didn't have the syrup at the time, but bought some this afternoon for next time I have it...

Rehabnurse,.

Do the pandcakes still taste good using water rather then milk? This would save me some calories and sugar if I use water but I don't want to hate the taste of the pandcakes...

I use water for waffles because milk seems to make them too thick. For pancakes (which I don't eat very often), I use club soda...it lightens them up a bit..

I really don't taste the waffle/pancakes when I top them with the fruit/syrup concoction. It makes a lot and really covers them well...

Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (0 calories/ 1/4 cup).

Smuckers SF Syrup (20 calories/ 1/4 cup)..

Log Cabin has one that is sugar free, but 35 calories for a 1/4C. It has really good flavor, I couldn't tell the difference from regular syrup except it is a little runnier...

Thank you all for the suggestions...I think I will try a few of them and see what will work best for me..

Believe it or not, the Walden Farms HQ is less than a mile from my house!.

Thanks again!..

Walden Farms Blueberry and regular syrup are fantastic..put them in the frig..let them get really cold and thick..and Bob's your Uncle!..

Lol..let's get a van and go scope the place!..

OMG club soda? what are you thinking? shouldn't that be Diet tonic and something else?..

I love Walden Farms Blueberry Syrup also sugar free, and calorie free...

Smuckers is my favorite. Sprinkle a little nutmeg into the pancake mix, and top with half and apple, peeled and microwaved for a minute to soften and a tad of SF Smuckers syrup. It really feels like cheating...

Cary's really is sooo good I've been using it for years even when I wasn't trying to lose weight just because I like it..

I love Cary's sugar free syrup. I bought it at Albertson's. It is so good that I will continue to use it even after meeting goal!..

I bought Sugar Hill Farms (I think) and it's great. It was in the diabetic section of the local Giant. Could be maple hills farms. I ran out and can't remember the name exactly but it tastes 100% like normal maple syrup...

I use the protien serving/yogurt and a fruit mixed in..

We've tried lots of them, and never found any that are exactly like real maple syrup. The one we use, and have been for a while now, is Maple Grove Farm's Pancake Syrup. It's sweetened with Splenda, and has just 15 calories per quarter cup..

I like to squirt DaVinci Blueberry Syrup into it before pouring it onto the pancakes. As close to House of Pancakes as I can get!! Add a quick squirt of RediWhip fat-free, and you're all set!..
