First off, What do you eat before exercise if you're in Medifast Diet Phase 1? Hoping for any response. Another question... Nope Im not having cheese stix LOL...Im having 2 boca burgers with LC light swiss cheese spreadon top...(using EMT disclaimer for this one LOL) and mashed cauliflower with LC swiss...YUMMO!!..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

Good for you, steph! I'm new here, but I've read enough to know about your cheese sticks, LOL! I LOVED my L&G tonight, I found a recipe for Spicy Asian Shrimp soup buried in an old thread, adjusted it and made the most amazing and yummy dinner! It tasted like pho (minus the noodles of course!) AWESOME!..

Meatloaf! I used 95% lean beef and added about 1 tsp each of parm cheese and flax seed, plus diced celery and 2 T of eggbeatersit held together pretty well! I ate the rest of the celery serving raw while it was cooking and roasted some turnips to round out the rest of my veggies..

But Tuesdays are my day I go straight from work to a class, so I need to start figuring out TOMORROW'S L&G!..

MSF Vegan Grillers (2) and some spaghetti squash left over from the other night. I didn't realize how much I'd get from one squash....there's still enough to probably have a full green serving tomorrow, too. Three days from one medium squash is very good to my food budget...

Pork chops made with a marinade of soy / teriyaki sauce, plus garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Topped with roasted onion, mushrooms and red, orange and yellow peppers. YUMMY!!! one of my favorite L&Gs so far...
