My main question is: Would these be a dessert or a breakfast replacements. Do they have enough protein or do I had one??..

The chocolate ones that I get are 100 calories, 21 g carbs, and 3 g protein. I sometimes replace this for an NS breakfast item and I add another 1/4 cup of egg beaters (egg beaters are usually my morning protein). The chocolate ones taste too good to be only 100 cals. They are a bit light on protein by themselves...

I think I'm going to order some. I can never count on the store having the ones I want and it's a good deal! Plus I have my new freezer...

I checked online for locations. We have a new store they are building and should be in when done. Not in WalMart or Dillon's...

Thanks for the info... I too ordered them to place in freeze so I have em when I am ready to switch to real food. Staying strictly on NS for a few more weeks. I fear really blowing it, need to gain strenght first...

We love these! I just can't get M to stop eating them, though. I used to hide them under the frozen peas , but he learned that trick...

That's funny. I just posted a question about Vitamuffins. I should have "searched" first. If it's not too late, I'll delete my thread. Thanks for your opinions. That's what I wanted to know...

Make sure if you have them you add some protein somewhere. They are low in protein but like rescue-a-shepherd said, you could add some eggbeaters to up your protein.

Your breakfast & dessert entrees average 10 grams of protein...

They're about a 100 calories and 4 grams of protein..

They sell them in my store Birdie. Check in the frozen food case where they have desserts or sometimes with frozen organic/vegetarian stuff...
