Quick question... Typically, how much weight can one lose by eating Medifast for 1 month? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Another question... Hello,.

I am been on the program for only two days right now and today I am super irritable! I mean super B@#$H! I have never really been on a low carb diet before. Does anyone know why this is happening. I'm normally a nice person...but today I was ready to bit someones head off LOL! I hope I'm not alone : )..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

Oh I hope I get some energy back. I don't have any and I am so tired before 7 p.m. I haven't been irritable yet though. I hope you get over that quickly too...

It's all that nasty sugar leaving your body....it gets better. I was a super beotch my first week!!!! : ) Hang in there!..

I am on day 2 and the scale says I lost 3 pounds. I can see how because I am going to the bathroom constantly! Guess I am dumping lots of water. I am tired and cranky but the food is tasty. I did drink some coffee...that is one that is very hard for me to give up but I feel like I really need it to keep up with my 3 year old and 7 month old...

Yup. Days two and three... well, you don't want to be in my house!.

I've been off and on again with other LC diets and it's the same every time...

I keep telling hubby "there's gotta be a diuretic in this stuff cuz I'm peeing CONSTANTLY". My normal water intake was 80oz *before* I started on Medifast so my body is used to lots of water. Today I've yet to have barely half of that and I've been in the bathroom every 30 minutes!.

I'm tellin' ya, there's gotta be a diuretic in this stuff! LOL!..

I'm with ya.....day 3 and hot a happy camper, crabby just dosen't cut it....i'm really a super b!tc# ! Come on next week.......

Yeah, I was the same way during the first few days. You just don't feel well as your body is detoxing so it makes you super cranky. For me, I was also angry because I couldn't use food anymore to deal with stress, boredom, anger, etc. It really does get better, I promise!..

Yeah It's just not me! I am exhausted and soooo grumpy! Glad to know it gets better!..

Yep. I was not a very nice person and I felt like crude! Three days in and I felt like a million dollars...

Glad to hear it gets better!! I'm on day 5, feeling a little more like myself but still irritable. Like the program a LOT so far, hopped on the scale this morning and discovered I'm already down 7 pounds. Love it!!..

It certainly is normal! It's just your mind rebelling against giving up it's "drug" (carbs) Hang tough It will pass and you will feel like a million bucks!..
