I absolutely HATE the swiss mocha shake... I think I have 5 left, and I want to use them but I don't want to drink it! Any ideas?.

I tried making a shake cake with it, and couldn't even eat the whole thing because it was nasty...

HELP!!!..

I'm not a big fan for the Swiss Mocha either (however I love the Dutch Chocolate!). Yesterday I put it in the blender with 2-3 ounces of cold water and a Starbucks Via and blended until it was all mixed in. Then I added about 7 ice cubes and blended again until the ice was completely crushed. With the Via, I hardly tasted the Swiss Mocha! (I do recommend adding 1 splenda, cause mine was rather strong even with using the Medium blend Via!)..

My husband and I both hate it too! Last night I mixed it with ice and SF Peppermint Syrup and it was really REALLY yummy!.

I mixed the french vanilla with SF Almond Rocha syrup and that was also delicious!.

Ummm.... why didn't I try that sooner?..

Swiss Mocha is my favorite shake. I mix some instant coffee in with it, and ice...

I add some fat free cream cheese and blend it with the swiss mocha and freeze. IT comes out like a frosty from wendys. I love it...

I added the shake to my coffee this morning, and I still can't stand it... Maybe I should give them to my co-worker who is doing her program through Medifast and going into an actual center to get all her food... She said that they have a big bucket of stuff to switch out...

I have to agree, adding ice and sugar-free syrup helped....

Don't get my started on the Chai and Strawberry shake though.... blecccck!..

Just got some Starbuck's Vias-totally going to try a shake with this. Much too sweet and fake tasting with water alone...

Hmmm, since this is my 2nd week on the program, I was wondering about the Swiss Mocha taste and was hoping that it tasted more like coffee and less like "over sweet chocolate".

I have tried the Dutch Chocolate and it's do-able for me and the Orange Creme is A-OK too ... but that darn Vanilla tastes like suntan lotion (with a heavy dose of coconut BLECH!!!).

Any other shake flavors to rant or rave about? I'm new and would appreciate the help. It's been a great first week, though .....

I could drink swiss mocha all day long! Love it!..

I personally can't stand the Strawberry, which is very upsetting to me as I love anything with strawberries/strawberry flavoring in it. However, you will find that other people will LOVE it. It's like that with pretty much every Medifast item...some people love and others hate them...

I have never tasted sun tan lotion! lol.

You may want to try some of the SF syrups to doctor the shake up. They have a ton of different flavors at netrition.com.

This may help a bit. I actually use the vanilla as a creamer for my coffee...

What don't you like? Is it too sweet, not sweet enough?.

It is my favorite and here is how I like it:.

16 oz. cold coffee (mornings).

Or 16 oz cold water and 1 heaping tablespoon of instant decaf (afternoons/evenings).

6 large ice cubes.

1 tsp. sugar free hazelnut powdered coffee creamer (10 cal, .7grs carb, .6 grs fat).

A hefty dash of cinnamon.

Shake and enjoy.

It was too sweet for me and the coffee cuts the sweetness that and adding all the additional water...
