I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..
First off, do you look better in a bathing suit than you did? I think so, so don't beat yourself up. And can you move easier? Have more energy?.
Be very careful with pictures/mirrors. When I was in high school and was a whopping 135lbs, I thought I was in my mind "a fat cow". All I had were curves, not overweight. When I looked at pics and the mirror, I pretty much see myself as I look today at 230lbs. Just be aware of how our mind can really lie to us about our appearance. I'm hoping that when I get to my goal weight, I don't have the same issue but I have a feeling it may.
Good luck and I have a feeling you looked fantastic on the video!..
Congrats on losing on a cruise! That is a big accomplishment! KUTGW..
I'm at a point with my weight loss where total strangers are telling me to eat a sandwich, and yet when I went to buy a bathing suit for lap swimming, I still stood in the dressing room and was appalled at how I look..
There are six women in this country who don't think they look like crap in a bathing suit. I don't know any of them..
Whatever you looked like, and I'll bet it was pretty darn good, you went on vacation and lost weight and that is awesome...
This cracked me up..
I figure you looked good too or the husband wouldn't have filmed you..
Congratulations on the weight loss Cinderella.
And remember to be nice to yourself..
...but you were happy and felt really good! You were living in the moment and enjoying yourself. That's what it's all about! It's great that you've come back with more motivation but remember that you had a great time don't worry about pictures..
I bet you looked great. Show me a happy person and they are the most beautiful in the crowd. I'm so glad it was a successful trip!..
Thanks for the support. I do look and feel a lot better than when I was 40 pounds heavier, but not good yet. I will get there, though. Thanks for the encouragement. I needed it...
