I have some of the Stawberry Diabetic shakes. They are awful.

Does anyone have some ideas on ways to fix them up so I can eat or drink them???.

I tried using it for cookies, but they had an terrible taste..

Thanks.

I have read where some people mix crystal lite into the shakes. I personally havent tried it, but sounds like it would be good...

I like the Strawberry shakes, but you really have to doctor them up,.

In my opinion.

I use 2 packs of Splenda, SF DaVinci Coconut syrup, lots of ice, and blend.

Everything together in my blender. You can also use some coconut extract.

If you don't have the syrup. I've also blended mine with the Crystal Light.

Raspberry to Go, that's pretty good also.

Hope this helps...

Just curious, I ordered some of the vanilla and choc diabetic shakes that were on special...are they better than the strawberry, or do they need a lot of doctoring up too?.

Thanks!!..

Thanks for the idea for the strawberry. I will try it in the am..

Personally I liked the vanilla and chocolate - I do doctor them up abit. But the strawberry just didn't work even with flavoring..

I am going to try splenda and double flavoring and hopefully it will help. Or I'll have to head to ebay and sell them!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The strawberry diabetic shakes are one of my favorite Medifast meals. But whatever you do DON't add splenda!! They are sweet enough already. I add strawberry crystal lite or strawberry jello mix (if you want less sweetness). They are so good blended with ice! Like a smoothie! Yum!!.

I've even used a 1/4 of fat free cottage cheese once and made like a cheesecake shake. I was low on my lean so I thought of this and it came out fabulous!..

I am on the diabetic plan and use a tsp of bananna extract...helps with the aftertaste..

Hi,.

I haven't found anything that will help the vanilla diabetic shakes. But, I like the strawberry ones better if I've mixed them and let them sit in the refrigerator for a while. It seems to help remove some of the aftertaste and the texture seems a bit better. I've frozen the chocolate shakes for an hour or a bit more and that helps those. I haven't happened to try the strawberry shakes when I had time to do thatbut perhaps that might help them too?.

I have been adding almond syrup or coconut syrup and even cryal light to the vanilla - and it's pretty good..

But it seems whatever I add to the strawberry just doesn't help..

One of my favorite things in all of Medifast land is adding Crystal Light Raspberry to Go to my shakes. I have put it in vanilla, orange, and just got done with a strawberry one. I couldn't even taste the strawberry shake. I am a sweat freak so I add splenda. I use lots of ice and blend it thick. I have one every day. I love, love, love it!!.

Good luck!..

I haven't tried the strawberry yet but I like both the chocolate and the vanilla diabetic shakes. I drink them plain at work and add flavor drops when I'm at home...

I use pumpkin spice and cinnamon in my vanilla diabetic shake and a sweetner packet (slenda, nutra sweet) It is yummy...
