Medifast recipe for Spicy peanut sauce with PB2?

Okay, I made this peanut sauce to put on shirataki noodles, chicken or shrimp....

4 tbsp PB2.

2 tbsp water.

1.5 to 2 tbsp rice vinegar (according to taste).

1/2 tsp powdered ginger.

1 tsp finely minced garlic.

1 tsp chili sauce (from Asian food section) or cayenne to taste.

Salt to taste.

Splenda to taste.

This makes 2 servings (roughly 4 tablespoons per serving). After prepping the noodles the usual way, I marinate them in 2 tbsp sauce overnight, then added 2 more tbsp before heating and serving with chopped chives, fresh cilantro and cooked shrimp.

It's also good on very thin slices of grilled chicken, like a satay, or on stir-fried veggies..

The nice thing is it's super easy, and you can make extra ahead of time to keep in the fridge...

Thanks, gatita! That was going to be my next recipe project, to try to make peanut sauce from PB2, but I was too busy this weekend to experiment.

Chicken satay on the grill was one of my speciaties pre-MF and it's almost grilling season again...

What would this count for? How do you count the PB2? How about the noodles, I have read that they don't count ist that correct?..

1 and 1/2 cup of the noodles count as your cooked veggie= 1 green serving..

2 tablespoons of dry PB2 count as your daily snack, so 4 tbsp of this sauce= 1 snack.

Also the sauce gets better if you make it the day before.....

Thank you! I've been hearing so much about PB2 and the Shiratake noodles. Just on day 3 so I'm searching for ideas!..
