I've been on the program for a little over two weeks and I'm not seeing a lot of results. I have been 100% on program and have only lost 2 pounds. I'm trying not to get frustrated, but I keep reading all of these other posters losing a lot of weight (at least in the beginning). I'm at the point where I'd like to quit and try something else. Before Nutrisystem, I ate really healthy but just couldn't lose the last 15 pounds after having my second baby so I joined up thinking this would do the trick. Now, I feel like I eat so much processed food that really doesn't taste good.

Don't give up! I felt the same way....I was on for an entire week and didn't lose an ounce!!! Now I am at a "healthy-loss" rate of 1.5-2lbs per week. Alot of people say that the smaller amount of weight (and start weight) that you have to lose, the slower the loss..

Hang in there..every loss, no matter how small, is just that...a loss!.

One to two pounds per week is healthy. The less weight you have to lose, the slower it comes off. Keep at it and eventually you'll be where you want to be...

For sure keep at it. What they are saying is totally true that the smaller amount you have to loose the longer is seems to take based if you use 1-2 lbs per week as the expectation. I having been doing Nutrisystem since February with 25 lbs to loose. the first bunch came of pretty quick but the last 8 or so are slower. I stayed consistent with the program and used the slower weight loss time as an opportunity to understand and get in touch with my body needs and intake. Nutrisystem for me is about learning what I eat and how much I eat impacts my weight and also my energy level. good luck and hang in there...

My body has it's own weight loss clock. I only see results every other week. It's always been this way for me. Maybe your body has it's own built in timer too!.

Thanks so much for all of your postings! They were all so encouraging and just what I needed to stay the course. I truly appreciate it! I feel like once I turned 36 and had my second daughter my metabolism really slowed down. I guess I miss the "good ol' days" when I could lose 10 lbs with minimal effort. I'm definitely not looking for a quick fix, I guess I just thought the results would be a little better if I really stuck with something. Thanks for helping me recommit...
