My first question is Should I get my wife Medifast for her birthday or a bunch of slimfast? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... Hi everyone ! Anyone have any good Medifast egg recipes? I find I have to read through all the threads and replies to find the recipe I'm looking for. Any suggestions? The last one were great !..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

There is a great recipe out there for bagels using either tomoto or brocolli cream soup and a package of eggs. But beware that some of those recipes that make "bread" use up most of your daily condiments...

Weisla: what brand of mozzarella cheese do you use? I can never find "leaner" cheeses anywhere only " lean" ones. Thanks! And thanks for sharing the recipe...

I get my mozzarella at Trader Joe's, it's their store brand "Lite Shredded Mozzarella Cheese." Per ounce, it has 45 calories, 3 grams of fat, 0 grams of carbs and 5 grams of protein. Now that I look at these stats I think 4 ozs. isn't enough for a full lean serving. I think that the 4oz serving would be more like the Kraft 2% milk cheese (mozzarella is 70 calories, 4grams of fat, and 8 grams of protein per ounce.)..
