Okay, My food should be here on Thursday...I have been looking at different threads to prepare myself and there are a lot of food suggestions on how to spice up the question is this...Should I start out black and white without adding anything to the meals or should I go into it with different ideas ready to go? Just wondering what some more experienced members think is the best way to start..

Hi Carrie!.

I only have a month's experience under my belt but maybe my noob advice can help..

I didn't buy anything to enhance or change the meals. Of course personal tastes will determine if you feel the need to. Give the meals a try as they are and adjust to your taste..

Some of the recipes and pictures in the food thread are amazing! For me the easier the better!.

I sooo blew it alll wknd!! I just started last monday and lasted 3 days then friday hit and my byfriend wanted to take me to dinner...then sat. I was dragged to a bbq and by sunday I was like well...i already blew fri and sat. what the hell mite as well eat today too ;/ ....butttttt TODAY I'm starting fresh...goin to the gym and everything =0 wish me luck !..

Although I always took a taste of the new food before adding anything to it - I found hot sauce & an assortment of spices was essential for me to get through that first box of food!.

So, try it plain first - but have a back-up plan is my advice. You'll soon have a list of favorites that will work for you. This really is the easiest diet I've used & it works if you follow it...

My first month or so I didn't do recipes or add-ins (other than spices). After getting used to the program I started doing just a few things. I would recommend starting out with the program as is...but that's just my opinion...

It's going to take more than luck lisa. You need to decide if you REALLY want to get healthy and fit. You've had a rocky start, but hopefully you've learned from it and will be better able to resist next time. I recommend not going off plan at all for the first month. After that, is it entirely possible to have the same activities as you did last weekend, but still make healthy choices and not gain weight. It is up to you and your level of dedication...
