Got a quick question: On the Medifast Diet, Can I eat Peanut Butter? Thanks for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. So I went to a Medifast center yesterday and joined. That has been my second time I have joined there. I just struggle with keeping myself going. I really need to focus this time and I am excited.

I have been so down on myself, no energy, don't want to get off the couch or get out of bed. It is all bc I am carrying around this excess weight..

I commend everyone on this board for doing Medifast without having to go to a center but I had to go. It was a real eye opener for me as I am struggling with other things too..

Just pray for me. I pray that each and every one of you have a great day...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

Congratulations on being honest with yourself and doing what is right for you! It is not a sign of weakness to desire a level of accountability that these boards and blogs don't offer. If that is what it takes for you, then you are wise to follow that path!.

Wishing you the best success!..

There is no shame in doing what is right for you and only good things can come from realizing what that is. I choose not to use a center and that is my choice. You are choosing to use a center and that is your choice. Our decisions on how to do Medifast are our own, but the goal is the same. I know you've been around long enough to hear everyone's opinion on how to do the plan and the positives and negatives of doing it each way. For you, the positives of the center outweigh any perceived negatives.

Be honest with yourself but don't be critical. You're unhappy where you are, but take joy and pride in the fact that you've made the first step. Look to where you went wrong before (I sure as hell am!) but look to change it not to dwell on it. This plan is not only about losing weight, but about changing the behavior patterns that led us to this weight. I know that with the support of your family, the center, and all of us here on the boards, you can do this...

I am glad you have joined the center where you can get constant support. There is certainly no shame in needing that. We all have different needs and approaches, and doing what is best for us to stay 100% is what we should do..

I hope your struggles ease up, and you can get this journey done!! You CAN succeed,,,,don't ever doubt yourself!..

I'm doing the program through a center too. I think it helps me with accountability. That initial investment is significant (one that my mother paid for me) and it would be wasted if I don't stick with it and get the weight off. The people that run my center are super positive, which is nice..

You can do it...
