I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..
LOL...actually nope Im not Ive been HUNGRY since I been up since 4am this morning and my eating schedule is for a loop....That diet soda actually calmed me down some...im surprised......
