Hey Guys and Gals!.

I posted this on another thread and someone told me to post it in a thread on it's own. I sure hope you all can help me... Here's my dilemna:.

Anyone made muffins or something else out of only these ingredients?.

Hot Cocoa, Cappuccino, Chai, Creamy Tomato, or Chicken or Broccoli soups? Those are all I can have as I just found out I am Soy intolerant..

I had the broccoli "crackers" and they are good... Would love to have some muffins or pancakes or something..

Also. for anyone who has had the "crackers". I took 2 oz of my L&G and placed 2 "crackers" outside (like a sandwich) a slice of 99% FF Turkey Breast with a tiny bit of spicy brown mustard... OMG I was in HEAVEN!!!!.

I loved the muffins made with the oatmeal and shakes but they didnt love me... So I have to go wth just the packets I listed above. Can Anyone help?.

I'll do some experimenting... I've never made anything 'breadlike' without oatmeal, but I'm sure we can figure out something. I wonder if you purchased some of that 'flour' from if that would help bulk up the things you can eat (for baking).....

Sounds great for something baked and not sweet..

I made a Red Lobster biscuit yesterday that was pretty good too:.

1 broccoli soup packet.

1/4 cup water.

Scant of garlic powder.

1/2 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp of popcorn cheddar salt = 2 calories.

Couple sprays of ICBNB spray.

Baked on a pam sprayed cookie sheet in the toaster oven @ 350. about 10 minutes (watching it closely) I did spray a little butter spray on the mixture top and a sprinkle more of the cheddar salt..

It was pretty tasty!..

Momtolissa,,here are a couple of recipes that use just the products you can eat. Hope they work for you!! I do not remember who came up with these, but I had found them on the other Medifast website,,,I can not take credit for them,,,,sorry I can not credit them to the proper person/people here,,,.

Chai-Hot Cocoa Cookies.

1 pkg Medifast Hot Cocoa.

1 pkg Medifast Chai.

1/3 cup water.

1tsp baking powder.

Dash salt.

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Makes 4 large cookies, 2 cookies per meal.

I have made a variation with this by usuing Cappucino and Hot Cocoa, and a small amount of cloves thrown in..

Chai Cookies.

1 pkg chai.

1/8 tsp baking powder.

1 tsp peanut butter.

2 Tbls.sugar free chocalate syrup, ( use DaVinci).

Mixture is thick and crumbly, roll into 4 balls, flatten (on parchment paper) on a cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350..

Thank you so much Schu1 for taking the time to post those for me. I did order Chai and Cocoa so I am hoping to have muffins again Tuesday evening. All I have right now is Broccoli soup UGH. It is coming out my ears right now LOL.
