I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
Okay Chocoholics! Enjoy your cravings. I promise I wont tell the Medifast Police! (lmbo)..
Isn't it great to be able to eat such sinful tings and it all still be good for you? Life on Medifast is Good!!.
BTW EMTFreak, you are soo kicking butt!..
You want to be extra sinful, try 1 TBSP PB2 Chocolate with a TBSP of Whipped Cream Cheese stirred in and then frozen....Choco-PB Cheesecake treat!..
Exactly what I was thinking! You might be accused of putting a title on your post that will cause someone to dive off the Medi Fast cliff into a ocean full of real Reese's Cups never to be seen again, just because of the title. I commend you on finding something heathy instead. Rock On!..
Ok I've heard so much about these things that I gotta try it out this week.. But I'm confused. I know it's a layer of chocolate shake (or hot cocoa) then PB then another layer of chocolate, but how do you prep the chocolate?..
All I did was mix the 2 Tbsp of PB2 into the bottom of a pudding cup, then took the choc shake and mixed it with enough water to make a batter like consistency. Then I pressed the batter on top of the PB and froze 2 hours. Presto: yummy goodness..
Has anyone tried this with the banana shake? I love PB and banana (southern girl) and I have half a box of banana shakes in the back of my cabinet haha!..
Can you tell me what PB2 is? I know it's probably obvious, but my brain is a little slow today! Thanks!..
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter - google it and you will find where you can buy it..
