I can't get enough. I can only have it once a day. It is so good. I stick it in the freezer and let the icing harden up a bit and walla it is ready for me to enjoy...

Is it just plain cream cheese? no sweetner in it?i hate sweet and low or splenda after taste?..

I add 1/2 packet of equal to cream cheese. I nook the CC for 10 sec and then mix in the equal.

For the shake cake:.

1 Vanilla Shake.

1/2 baking powder.

1 egg white.

Cinnamon.

2-4 oz water. You want it to be a batter consistency. So I add water until it looks like batter.

Whisk all together and put in a microwavable bow.

Microwave for 1 1/2 min..

Spread icing on there after the shake cake is cooked..

I put mine in the freezer for 20 min. It hardens the icing and makes it super yummy...

Krista, what is the measurement on the baking powder? Instead of an egg white have you tried using egg beaters? I would like to try this because I don't like the vanilla shakes as a shake...

1/2 tsp of Baking Powder..

Someone posted using egg beaters and how much. Not sure. I have Southwestern Eggbeaters so I tried them with an egg white. I will see if I can find out...

I found this recipe:.

Shake packet.

1/2 tsp baking powder.

2 Tbsp egg beaters.

2-3 TBSP water (enough to make a thick batter) Reduce water if you are going to add SF syrup.

Mix dry ingredients together. Then stir in the wet. I use a ramekin, then microwave for 120 second...

I tried to make it yesterday and followed the directions using egg whites not egg beaters and it came out like a crepe. It puffed up so high cooking but then went flat....I did eat it and it tasted OK but it was not even as high as a Medifast brownie. What did I do wrong?..

I used 1/2 tsp baking soda to make it rise. But I would say mine was as thick as the brownie too. Did you put the icing on top? That's what makes it super yummy. I put it in the freezer for a bit...

Help, help, help made the cake and it was horrible. mixed it up and it looked like cake batter, I put it in the bowl and nuked it for 1 1/2 min. When I cooled it and tried it, it tasted like plain egg whitesIt really was bad. Had a bad taste. I was so looking forward to eatting it. What did I do???..

Krista, is it 1/2 tsp baking soda or baking powder. Your original recipe says baking powder but later you said you use baking soda to make it rise. Just wondering if you add 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. I really want to try this...

This sounds yummy, I plan to try it. I have tried the shake cake with the chocolate shake and I thought it tasted really bad! I would rather eat my yummy brownie, but I will try it with the vanilla one! That never crossed my mind! Thanks..

I tbsp is one condiment. I usually use 2 tbsp. You can find the condiment page under tools. Hope that helps...

I use a pinch of Brown Sugar Splenda in 1T of lite cream cheese. I love the BS Splenda now for many of the posted recipes calling for sweetner...

Ok, my Vanilla Shakes came in the mail so I tried this today with the following changes:.

Used 2T eggbeaters instead of the egg white.

Used 1T water and 1T sf vanilla syrup.

Nuked 70 seconds in a brownie tray.

Chilled, then frosted, then chilled again..

EXCELLENT. Nice and fluffy and tasty, not eggy at all..

It had the texture, color and almost the flavor of carrot cake. I will add more spices next time...

I tried this for the first time this morning since I have like 3 boxes of vanilla shakes that were sent to me by mistake. I tolerate the shakes with diet root beer or diet orange soda. I cant not say that I LOVE these but definitely better than a shake! Thank you for the added option!..

Several mentioned that the vanilla shake is not your favorite...nor is it mine. I take two chocolate shakes and one vanilla shake, mix the powder, measure it back to the wrappers. I find that I actually like the favor of the chocolate shakes better this way.

I do the same to the mango soft serve....two chocolate shakes to one mango soft serve.

It helps me to use the favors I do not care for in a tasty way..

I DO plan to try the sheet cake today. I wish I had bought the FF strawberry cream cheese to use for the frosting...
