I have read that people add sugar free flavorings to make them taste better. AFter my first order which was the variety pack, I decided it was worth spending a few dollars more to just order the products I like. I think there is a site where people actually swap foods...

If you make your shake with a Diet Rite Orange Soda and lots of ice in a blender, it might be taste better for you. I add cinnamon and nutmeg to the pudding - makes me think of banana bread!..

I sometimes add SF Coconut or Hazelnut Syrup. Be sure that on the pudding your liquids do not exceed the 1/2 cup, or sometimes it does not get to be a thick pudding.

I have not tried to add cinnamon or nutmeg, but it sounds good. I'm going to try it for variety...

I take the Banana pudding (or Vanilla) and add just enough SF Almond syrup to make it doughy. (sometimes a little water) I add either 1tsp of peanut butter, or cream cheese (rarely) just a dash of salt. Mix it up with spoons really well, and eat it. It tastes like cookie dough...

A lot of people have been adding Crystal Light lemonade powder or true lemon to them to make it taste like lemon meringue. Start with 1/8 a tsp. and add more to taste...

I don't know of a site where people swap, but I do know that people sell their unwanted meals on eBay...

Banana Nut Muffins.

The texture is good and they puffed up. Watch snack content for the days you eat these..

Dry:.

2 MBS oatmeals.

1 Medifast banana pudding.

2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed.

A tablespoon of chopped walnuts (your option - use walnut extract instead if you prefer).

3 splenda packets.

1 tsp baking powder.

1/2 tsp baking soda.

1/4 tsp salt.

1 tsp cinnamon or more.

Wet:.

Good splash of egg beaters.

1/4 C water (add and stir bit by bit may not need all. May need more).

2 tsp white vinegar.

3Tbsp. or so DaVinci SF Caramel Syrup.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

1 1/2 tsp banana extract.

(butter flavor extract if you choose).

Whirl all the dry ingredients in your blender or magic bullet to mix well. Add to a big bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix. You may need to add a little more water. It should be the consistency of a muffin batter. Spread into 12 SPRAYED mini muffins and use wet finger to smooth top..

Turn off oven and let dry out a few more minutes..

Counts as 3 meals plus 3 snacks (to account for the meal, nuts and flaxseed). Enjoy!..
