Hi Guys,.

I made the best treat you can imagine today and wanted to share it!.

I put 2 packages of choc pudding, the recommended water, a little choc SF syrup and 2 packets of sweetner into my Magic Bullet and whipped it into chocolate mousse. I spooned it into a freezer ice pop mold and put the stick tops on it (I have the one with the little spout to drink whatever has melted.) and let it freeze all afternoon. I just had one and it's AMAZING!!! The two packets made 2 pops, so each one is a meal......

I will try that tomorrow to pep up the chocolate!.

You are my hero! I just ate the pudding last night, as my BF sat next to me eating ice cream (which is a huge downfall of mine ). The whole time I was thinking, "There's got to be a way to trick myself and think I'm eating ice cream or frozen treats!.

Love your idea and can't wait to try it!..

I"ve tried making popsicles with the pudding but found that I prefer the flavor and texture of the Dutch Chocolate Shake or even the Hot Cocoa. I like them so much I think I'm becoming addicted to Medifast chocolate! I've been having them for dessert every night for the past 3 weeks! I like to add a bit more than a cup of water to two packs of chocolate shake and 2 packets of sweetener. I mix it all up in a blender. I've found if I let them sit in the fridge to thicken up for about 20-30 minutes they taste creamier. So, I let the mixture thicken then blend again and pour into the popsicle mold. Mmmmm ...

I LOVE sweets and the cocoa tastes sweeter to me...

I thought I was the only one who did stuff like this I mix a shake and put it in a plastic container in the freezer. Every half hour or so I use a fork and scrape the frozen sides I have seen this technique on Food Network it is called a "granita" fancy name for italian ice!! I made a chocolate one the other day with a tiny splash of mint extract it was icy, refreshing, and yummy!! Kim..

Have to try this one. I hate the pudding. It's the only thing so far, except for S'mores bars. Those are NASTY!..
