I keep seeing on Ebay Tuna and Chicken Salad Medifast supplements. Did Medifast make these before and discontinue them?..

I saw those too and was wondering.....chicken salad? mmmmmmmmm..

I know (from my own unfortunate experience) that NutriSystem has both tuna and chicken salad. Maybe the seller is confused as to which program they belong to.....

Under mymedifast add food there is an "essential 1 Medifast chicken salad" I know, maybe tuna tooi guess they used to make it..

We did make those before. They have since been discontinued. Eventually, they will also be taken off of the My Plan section. Most likely sooner than later, especially since people (like you guys) now don't remember them...

Why were they discontinued? Is there a possibility of seeing a new product of the same sort of thing?..

If you are craving a tuna or chicken salad, try what I did.....

Take 2 cans of tuna in water. Drain the water and rinse the tuna and weigh out your amount. In a bowl, cut up your 2 dill pickles (using your snack on this one), and add 1-2tbls of low fat ranch dressing. Add a little salt and pepper, and you have tuna salad. I ate mine with butter leaf lettuce pieces and sliced tomatoe and had as little sandwhich wraps. Quite tasty.

I've gotten crazy a few times and took 1 pickle spear and 1.5 celery stalks and made it even crunchier No idea if this is Medifast legal, but I can't see why it's not, as it is all Medifast approved items. I've used left over chicken breast this way as well, but prefer the tuna...

It's not that I'm craving it, it's that I'm hoping Medifast comes out with more meals......

Wonder why they were discontinued? I emailed that seller for the nutrition count and she wrote back that they were 90 calories, 6 gm. of carbs and tasted decent. I'd love to see this offered! Portable lunch ideas are the biggest challenge for me...

An Medifast meal with 6 carbs would be amazing and would make it so much easier for me to keep my carbs low! I certainly do hope they come out with something similar again!..
