I call these scones - maybe because it makes me feel like I'm getting a big treat BUT these ARE delicious - I have to give my daughter a cookie while I'm eating these or she wants them!!.

**Breakfast Scones**.

1 packet Medifast Oatmeal of your choice.

1/8 tsp. Baking Powder.

2 TBSP splenda DIVIDED.

1/4 cup water + 1 TBSP water.

Cinnamon if desired (definitely tastes great in the brown sugar & maple scones).

1/2 tsp. vanilla.

Mix Oatmeal, 1 TBSP splenda & baking powder in small bowl (add cinnamon if desired). Add 1/4 cup water and vanilla. Stir well with spoon..

Spoon onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam - makes 4 "scones". Bake approx. 10 minutes or until done..

In separate bowl, mix 1 TBSP splenda with 1 TBSP water. Drizzle over scones when they are done cooking...

So good, so good, so good! OK, yesterday was disaster day for me and I had a scone at Starbucks while shopping with my daughter at BN. These weren't quite as good, but I'll tell ya - they run a close second! I made them with blueberry oatmeal and I drank a big glass of H2O with them. Boy, was I full! I will definately make this a staple in my Medifast diet. Thanks for the great recipe!!..

I will try this with the Blueberry oatmeal because I just can't get that to go down my throat..

Thanks for the great receipe...

I am just getting too lazy to make muffins these days... so for a change of pace I made these this morning! I did the blueberry oatmeal and I did add the cinnamon..

TWO THUMBS UP!!.

Fast, easy and good! They were crunchy on the outside and moist inside... the Splenda topping makes it just sweet enough. Thanks!!!!..

I did this with the maple & brown sugar oatmeal. I changed the drizzle topping to 1 tbs sf caramel syrup and 1 tbl splenda. It was nice...

I really should get some syrups. I was afraid I wouldn't have a use for them if I only drink the chocolate shakes. Are they worth the $$?..

I like the syrups and think they're worth it. They're great for making all different kinds of Medifast ice cream...

The syrups are great. I add them to the hot drinks, shakes, and puddings. OK - this one was awesome this morning... Banana shake with caramel SF DaVinci. Tastes like bananas foster - swear!!! Nummy!!! I think that I will be living on the Medifast shakes this summer. Call me overzealous, but I LOVE EM!..

I found that I could do just as well flavoring things with the capella drops, and they are cheaper in the long run. A bottle lasts a really long time. I still have the sampler pack I bought months ago and I use it all the time...

Have to tell you, because of this recipe, I just ordered some M&BS oatmeal (along with some more chocolate pudding because it's on special this month) this morning. I really don't like the oatmeal, but I soooo want to try this. Thank you so much!..

I made these this AM. I added about 1/8 tsp of salt, changed the splenda to about 3/4 of a TBS, and made the drizzle out of Almond SF syrup, 1/8 tsp of vanilla and a little splenda. I like it alot! Thanks for the recipe..
