Just tried it for the first time and I'm not a fan of it. I mean I can stomach it but would rather find a way to tweek it. I thought I remember a Chai Latte Cookie recipe from the other board. If someone has it that would be great.

Hey everybody. Here is my cookie recipe to share. Mix 1 hot cocoa or cappuccino and 1 chai with 1/2 cup of water and mix. Afterwards add 1/3 tsp baking soda, a dash of salt and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Adding the latter ingredient make the batter rise better. Spoon the batter onto a foil sprayed with oil.

Depending on the size you can get about 8-10 cookies. I try to make the number even each time so it is easier to split them. I put them in 2 little ziploc bags to go. I love these cookies because they have a rich flavor and you don't even need to use Splenda! BON APPETIT.

Chai Latte, a pinch of salt, maybe a little cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. baking powder and a scant 2/3 C water. Let sit a minute or so, then spoon into 10 or 12 mini muffin cups (sprayed with Pam) and bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes. Makes 2 meals of "pumpkin-spice" muffins. Are you near the Dallas area? I don't know about specific recipes with it, but I have mixed it with some brewed Constant Comment tea to excellent effect..

Better to shake it up with the tea after the tea has cooled down, then heat in microwave after it's all shook up...

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Chai Latte as a frozen slushie!!!.

I toss the water, Chai mix and a big handfull of ice into my blender let it whirl..

This is one of my favorite summer treats!..

I started mixing my chai latte with hot cocoa. (counts as 2 meals)..

I mix it with the vanilla shake and four packs of splenda. I add a little less than 1/2 a cup of water and some vanilla extract. Mix it to make a dough. Seperate it into two balls, save one ball in the fridge for later. The other I place on a saucer, flatten it out a little and microwave it for 45 seconds. Then turn it over - if still goopey then I microwave for another 10 seconds if not goopey I use a knife to peel it off the bottom and flip it over.



Yummy- sometimes I even take them with me as meals on the go. Less calories and less carbs than the bars, and to me they are tastier..

I make a spice bar out of them.

1pkg oatmeal Apple or Maple.

2pkg Chai Latte.

1pkg Vanilla Shake.

1/4tsp Baking Powder.

Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste.

Mix the above with enough water to make a really thick batter -you can add sweetner if you like a sweeter bar. Pour into a Pam sprayed small square pan or pie plate bake at 350 for 15 mins. Let cool and cut in four equal portions...

I just made the muffins, and they are decent. Certainly better than the oatmeal by itself. I was going to send all my oatmeal back, but it is handing when making things that you need to take on the go. Tomorrow I will be out most of the day, so the second batch of muffins will come in handy. Thanks for the tip...

I dont like the Chai, Capacinno, or Hot Cocoa hot either. Tastes nasty to me. Here's what I do:.

6-8oz cold water.

Crushed ice-about a small handful.

1 Chai/Cap/Cocoa Packet-you choice not one of each-just one.

Cinnamon to taste-I use about 1 tsp.

Splenda to taste-I use about 1/2-1 tsp.

Put water and ice in shakerjar. add rest. Shake, shake, shake until it's ready..

Drink! YUM! Good on the go!.

Cinnamon is also reportedly good for helping with insulin resistance. I also use it in my french vanilla shakes..

I've never tried the chai hot but I do LOVE it frozen! I put 4 ice cubes and 8oz. of cold water along with the powdered mix in my blender and pulse it till the ice breaks down. Then I sip it with a straw. MMmmm .... delicious...

This is a good use of two drink packages. I used a silicon pan (Madeleine, but a muffin pan would be good) to bake them in...

I just got this recipe yesterday from another member, she has a collection of recipes. I changed it around a little.

Mix together 1 packet of french vanilla shake, 1 packet of chai latte, 16oz of water, and either just add ice cubes or blend it up. I added some pumpkin pie spice because it has cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice...makes two shakes, just had one this morning and it was really good, the other I have put in the freezer for later...
