I have no idea what I'm having. I clicked on this thread because I saw you posted this and thought you had a hot idea...

Hubby informed me he'll be very late, so I took out some cooked chicken for myself, threw it on top of some salad greens and cukes, some low fat shredded cheese and some light ranch dressing. It was yummmmmmmy. I am stuffed!.

(and yes I did have less chicken becuz of the cheese!!! )..

I had a 5 oz steak and Zucchini "hash browns" from the recipe posted here. The hash browns were yummy..

I had salmon with garlic and thyme and roasted asparagus. I think I eat salmon 4 times a week now! I just use cajun spices to coat and pan "fry" with olive oil pam. I have one of those pans with the grill marks and it really looks pretty as well as tastes good...

Cod with a light dusting of greek seasonings on the Foreman. Salad on the side with Newman's Sesame Ginger dressing, romaine, tomatoes, celery and mushrooms...

I made turkey sausage. I found some ground turkey..

WOW! How'd that happen? I was typing away and BAM! Obviously I wasn't done!.

Anyways. - it was ground Turkey BREAST with only 120 calories for 4 oz and 1 gram of fat. Threw in some spices, fennel seed, coriander seed, garlic S&P and fried (w/Pam) up a couple patties and had a Medifast scrambled egg with it. Breakfast for dinner!..

I had lemon chicken breast cooked on the stove with pam...and some cooked asparagus...yummmmy!..

Simple meal tonight w/ Purdue Right Portions Tomato Basil chicken breast grilled on the Foreman and finished in the toaster oven broiler w/a little mozzarella cheese on top. Veggie was zucchini...

I had beef stoup ( a Rachel Rae-ism) Green beans, tomatoes, celery, spinach. I measured out the beaf and veggies and put about a cup of broth..

I've got leftover chicken buildup so it is chicken salad tonight!.

Cut up the chicken, toss in 1/4 tsp of chili powder, a dash of Mrs. Dash, a little salt and pepper, a tablespoon of capers or some cut up pickles (haven't decided), and 2-3 tablespoons of Light Miracle Whip..

I mix that up when I get home and let it sit while I work out and then serve it over my "green" of salad greens and tomato..

I do the same thing with canned tuna when I get the urge and use 1/4 tsp of curry powder when I am in the mood...
