I made this crust spring boarding from Judy O's post Pizza Crust Thread... OMG it was SOOOO good. I cannot wait to have it with sauce and cheese for dinner. If you didn't like the sweetness of the Oatmeal or if you don't care of the Cr of Chicken alone... Try this:.

2 Medifast Cream of Chicken Pkts.

2 Medifast Veggie Crackers Pkts (remember to count them as your snack for the day).

1 T Canola Oil (I think you can decrease this to 2 tsp-I will try it next time).

1-2 tsp water (to make it just stick together).

Pulse dry Medifast ingredients into a flour consistency in food processor (or I suppose you can use a blender). Place dry mixture in mixing bowl. Add oil and mix. Then add water a bit at a time until you get a ball that is JUST stuck together-don't use too much. Divide into 2 balls. Flatten in your hands like a pancake.

Place on cookie sheet covered with Reynold's Release foil in a 375 deg oven for 5 min. Flip, bake 6-7 more minutes..

This comes out crunchy and just yummy!!!! Eat as is like a Cracker Bread or add Sauce and FF/LF cheese and some chicken breast and broil for L&G pizza..

I hope you like it..

You can also use Flax Oil, Olive Oil or another more health-ful oil. Canola is all I had on hand..

Thank you JUDYO!!!! You all are geniuses!!..

This is two snacks for the recipe. We recommend only having one snack a day in addition to the weight loss plan...

Medifast Support: I think this is a double recipe so it is one meal and one snack per recipe. She specifies in the recipe that it makes two crusts..

Yes, you need to count this as 1 meal and 1 snack for HALF the recipe (or each one)..

Thanks for catching that...

PS: Therefore, you can only have ONE of these per day since you can only have one snack per day..

Hope that clears up the confusion...

I had THE most yummy dinner last night. Hubby wanted a frozen pizza... DID NOT even look good to me. Normally, I would have been salivating all over, wishing I could have it..

I had a big salad with spritzer's for dressing and had a cracker bread made up so I made my own pizza with leftover roasted chicken and skim mozzarella. OMG, I was in HEAVEN-it was so good!!! I can't wait to have it again!.

1/2 cracker bread recipe (1 bread out of the 2 you make).

1/4 c chunky tomato spaghetti sauce (only 10 carbs per 1/2 cup) adds 5 carbs.

3-4 oz roast chicken cut in strips.

2-3 oz skim mozzarella.

The cracker bread is already cooked so just pop it under the broiler until the top stuff is heated and cheese is melted. Cut in 4 squares and they are ALL yours. I was so full and satisfied!!!.

We are going to the movies tonight. I am taking my other cracker bread tonight and having it with a bottle of water instead of popcorn. I have done with this with the cr broccoli soup crackers and it works..

HTH's everyone. Thank you so much for all your great suggestions and inventions..

Have a great Medifast day All!!!..

This would then be considered one of your Medifast meals, a medifast snack, and your lean and green meal than...

Yes, That was my count NS... 1 Medifast meal, 1 Medifast snack and my lean and green..

I had my evening Medifast meal at dinner and was so full I wouldn't have been able to "eat" it anyway..

Is it ok once or twice a week to have the Medifast meal with your L&G like this?.

Thanks for your post!..
