Quick question: Is Medifast ok for a 10 year old? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: This may be a silly question...but I know I have read in several other diets/articles, to stop eating after 6-7 pm..

My schedule is crazy. I am taking full time classes at night & work during the day also, so I have my L&G before class around 5 pm. I usually have had about 3 Medifast meals by then..

I do not get home until around 9 pm, so sometimes I still have 2 Medifast meals left. Surprisingly enough...I have NOT been hungry. But I usually have a brownie or pudding for the last 2 meals of the day..

Is this ok?? I noticed this week I have not lost anything, so I am hoping the late night eating is not slowing me down! yes, I have had at least 72 oz of water a day and only use about 1-2 condiments..

Thanks everyone!..

Ye, but you might want to make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm it as I am not very confident. Better yet, why don't you email the Medifast guys because they can help better...

I don't eat anything before 12:30 PM. (I usually have my first meal at 1PM) I then start eating and have a meal every two hours until I go to bed..

It's just how my body works. I'm never hungry before noon and I'll actually feel sick if I eat too early. But then I'm starving in the evenings. It's always been that way, even when I was a kid..

I've lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks...

I'm another person who eats latemy last meal is usually around 11 pm or midnight. I don't think it's been a problem for me. I've always been a night owl and I'm working on a novel, so late at night is often my only writing timeI think I'd be a lot more resentful/deprived feeling and have had a lot more trouble sticking to plan if I was fighting against my schedule...

I eat late as well. I am not a morning person, so far it hasn't hurt anything. better to be late then skip a meal entirely. I am on the go alot as well need2, Folks like us are the reason they have the ready 2 drink shakes and bars...

Not eating after whatever tine has no basis in fact that it affects weight loss. The only thing it does is cut out the night time munchies, which for some people reduces calories. I have my last Medifast meal every night between 9 and 10pm and am 64 pounds down...

I also have my last meal usually 9:30, 10:00, 10:30..sometimes later..always have done it this way...I was told first time around (2007) that it didnt matter when as long as you got all 5 in. So make it work for you whatever way you like..

I work nights and sleep days, so I don't start eating at all until sometime after 5pm, and I space my meals out as best I can all night. On weekends when I'm home, I still don't eat early in the day....never been much of an early morning breakfast person...

No problem eating them late - just so long as you get 'em in :-).

Depending on how the day goes I get my last meal in anytime between 10pm and 2am - and it has worked just fine..

Congratulations on taking on the challenge with a busy schedule - I"m in nursing school and overbooked socially / hobby-wise as well, so I can completely relate to how crazy life gets sometimes. You are off to an awesome start!!.

Cheers,..
