Before I ask my question, I want to ask: Is it true that after 911 Liberal "men" bought out all of the incontinence supplies at the local Vit?.

My main question is: Hello! I love yogurt and I usually get the fage (greek yogurt) but it's plain so I wanted to know if there was another non-fat yogurt you recommend. I love the dannon "light & fit" but I think there might be too much sugar in them...?..

Many of us use the Dannon Light & Fit (and make up the protein in other protein servings throughout the day). I like the Kroger-brand Carb Master (80 calories, 1.5g fat and 12g protein)...

Sounds good. yeah I do add in fruit sometimes, usually strawberries or blueberries. I used to put honey in my yogurt but no more!!..

I, too, like the light& fit and have it for most of my protein servings - I work out daily so usually will just have an extra one throughout the day..

I got those Carb Masters yesterdaythe Strawberry's really good! And ten for 4.00 wasn't bad, either..

I use the Vanilla every weekday morning for a breakfast parfait:.

NutriSystem cereal or Kashi Go Lean.

3/4 cup blueberries or 1/2 banana.

1 carton Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt.

I use the 1/2 cup of milk that "goes" with the cereal serving as milk in my coffee(s)..

What a way to start the day!!!..

I just started and I have been eating nonfat yoplait. she that a brand to eat??..

If you're asking if that's okay, yes, that's an okay brand...

If you have been using Fage, why change now? 1/2c of the total 0% has 10g protein and only 60 calories. If you want to make it like the "other" yogurts, just mix in a serving of fruit and a little sweetener. As you can see, I am a BIG fan of Fage!..

Fage is a brand of Greek Yogurt. I've only seen it at Trader Joe's. I bought some about a year ago and found it way too tart...but I'm going to try it again. It was pricey, as I recall...

Yoplait light Thick & Creamy is ff and 100 cal./6 oz. Add some berries or a tbs of grape nuts and it makes a great snack. The French Vanilla tastes like a rich vanilla pudding. I have never been a yogurt eater (how can you tell when it's gone bad? ) but since going on the plan I've developed a taste/tolerance for it. I also add the vanilla flavor & berries to the morning cereal & makes a really filling breakfast...

You could add one of your fruit servings to your yogurt to help make it a little more tasty.

A lot of us use the Dannon Light & Fit - I buy the tub though because there's not quite enough protein for a serving in the little containers...
