My first question is In the phase1 of the Medifast Diet, is non-fat milk included? Hoping for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Okay, so the first time I had Egg Beaters I didn't feel very good after dinner but thought maybe it was too much food. I waited several weeks and tried again. I baked them as a frittata instead of scrambling on the stove...... same result.

I've been off of Medifast for several months and restarted 2 weeks ago.

I feel absolutely miserable..

Does anyone else feel nauseated after eating Egg Beaters?..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

Funny you should mention that, I had a small amount of egg beaters (deducted from my Lean) in my Medifast eggs the other day, and I didn't feel great..

Weird, I had never had that happen before. Wonder if there's something different about the EB now. Also, this is the first time in months that I've had any EB...

I wonder if it is the preservative in the EB? I used to have a similar issue with bagged romaine lettuce. I found out that the bagged lettuce is "washed" in a preservative and was likely causing me to have the reaction...

I eat eggbeaters all the timealmost every day. Never have had a problem. Thanks for putting the thought in my head because now I probably will.

Have you tried using only a cup of egg beaters and then cheese or meat as the other half of your lean? I felt nauseous eating 2 full cups of that stuff but having cheese in it really helps...

I agree with SassyhopeI love having eggbeaters as an option (and I like that they're pastuerizedI'm neurotic about giving myself food poisoning when experimenting with recipes), but I never do two cups at a time. (hahaI feel a little nauseated just thinking about itI think most often I do 2/3 cup EB, 1/3 cup cheese and 1 morningstar patty, or similarand then I have to sit and check my math for my healthy fat depending on the "meat."). If you want to keep them as an option, experimenting with the proportions might help, or maybe using the lean portion thats half eggbeaters and half real eggs?..

Oh wow, no.... I've never eaten 2c of EB at once..

Yikes! That would really cause some nausea from eating too much. LOL..

I don't like scrambled eggs in general, so mostly don't use the eggbeaters, but I have that kind of reaction to eating any eggs..

Just, kind of sick feeling, ugh..

Once every couple of months I'll have eggs, because I like the way they taste (over-easy or soft-boiled), but then I remember how they make me feel afterwards.....

I know eating two cups is a LOT and I felt like I was going to barf too, but when I just add veggies and LC cheese to the mix, I feel fine, but I eat them in quanities throughout the day....
