My 2nd question is: Can I make w/w/ garden veg. soup and use as a vegetable serving. The soup on w/w is a free food. Does anyone know?..

Your question was: I need to drug test and need to find "super quick caps" in a health food store?.

There are lots of recipes but here's one.

GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP.

2/3 C sliced Carrot.

3 C. Fat free broth (Veg, beef etc).

1/2 C. Diced Onion.

1 1/2 C diced green cabbage.

2 Garlic cloves, minced.

1/2 C green beans.

1 Tablesp. Tomato Paste.

1/2 Teasp. dried basil.

1/4 teasp. dried oregano.

1/4 teasp. salt.

1/2 C. diced zucchini.

PREP=.

In a Large saucepan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute the carrot, onion & garlic over low heat until softened, appx. 5 min..

Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano & salt; bring to a boil. Lower heat & simmer, covered, about 15 min. or until beans are tender. Stir in Zucchini and heat 3-4 min. Serve hot..

Calories per serving: 42.

I make it and used organic FF/LS broth and add a can of LS diced tomatoes instead of tomato paste. You can really use any veggies as long as their low carb. I put carrots and celery in mine. I didn't use the oragno but used fresh dill...

So this would be a veggie? Sounds like it.

Thanks for posting...

Thanks for posting that. I"m gonna make that this weekend... if I can stop worrying about finding a slug in my cabbage...

Ewww!!.

I get the bags of cabbage already cut up...

I'm too lazy to make the soup. I do have the Progresso 0 point soup. It has 60 calories per serving. I keep this emergency can on hand for those days when I just can't seem to get full...

This recipe definitely sounds good. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks...

Try putting fresh dill in when you cook it. It makes the house smell so good...

Swedish8fish..Thanks for posting the recipe for me. Do you think this could be a veg. serving? It sure hits the spot on a cold winter day...

So how much of this is one serving? Are we talking a cup maybe? I really love soup this time of year!..

I make a big batch of it. I either have it for a vegetable or salad serving. Sometimes if I'm hungry I have a small cup or cup of broth and count it as a free food.

Just make sure everything you use is low sodium...

Sounds like the cabbage diet soup plan. does anyone know of any other foods on the market similar to ns foods.? I don't want to reorder after this one(too expensive) but want to continue on my own.... thanks..

Xkwizit, Yes you can do this on your own. Get the book "Nutrisystem nurish" by Dr. James Rouse. The book tells all about the plan, exersize and gives a 28 day meal plan to follow. Good luck..

There are like three different kinds. They have a banner on the label that says weight watchers 0 point value or something like that...

This recipe is from Weight Watchers. It makes 4 1-cup servings which are 0 Points...

Yes, please post that recipe. I used to make that ALL THE TIME when I was on WW. Loved it. Now I don't remember what it was...
