I just received Medifast...what should I do?

First of all I just received Medifast...what should I do? Thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... I received a new shipment today and in it I had a box of Caramel Nut (green wrapper)bars. I decided to have one tonight...WOW! They have to be the best Medifast food!!! MMMMM.

Too bad you have to limit these to once a day, otherwise I'm pretty sure I could eat them 5 times a day!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

The green wrapper bars are the maintenance bars. They have more calories and should be limited to one per day. The yellow wrapper bars are not limited. There is a caramel bar in the yellow wrapper but (in my humble opinion) it does not compare to the one I had tonight!.

You can update your ticker from the community home page. Its on the left hand side of the screen if you scroll down a bit. Just follow the instructions...

Ok, thanks for the info. Congratulations on your weight loss. I've been on Medifast for about 2 weeks and have lost 8.5 lbs...

They really are so good! I'm not sure I will order them again, though, because they come awfully close to a binge trigger for me. They are too good!..

Ok, so I just went to the community home page and did what you told me to do. It shows my accurate weight, but for some reason it is not updating the tracker on my page..

Congrats to you too! Medifast is the easiest weight loss program I have ever followed. I'm on week 6 and I love it!.

You have to remake your ticker each time you update it (kind of silly, I know)-so you have to click on create your ticker and select the design, etc you want again. Then save it. To add it to your signature you copy the link after you make the new ticker and paste it in your signature (which is you can get to on the top of this page under quick links)...

SDrain, you have to literally create the ticker again. As in update your weight under MyPlan and make sure you "submit" it. Then go back to MyMedifast and go through the ticker steps. Then copy HTML language and copy and paste it to your signature like you did the first time...

I have one of the oatmeal raisin maintenance bars every day. I love them! I like them more than the caramel nut ones personally, though I'll have one of those instead sometimes, for variety...

Green wrapper Caramel Nut Bars are the BEST. I only will allow myself to have one if I exercise on the given day and even then ensure I don't have more than 3 a week. So good!..
