First question I have is I am currently on the Medifast plan and would like some advice please. :)? Looking forward for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... Are there any Medifast items you think you will keep ordering even after you've done T&M?.

I think I'll keep ordering the oatmeal, chocolate mint crunch bars and pancakes..

I'm sitting here with my pancake mug muffin, cut in half like an English muffin, thinking about how I never need to eat an English muffin again. This would totally do the trick and is much healthier!.

What do you like enough to keep eating after you've lost your weight?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

Pb crunch bars, brownies, PB2 (i know, not MF, but still gonna keep getting it) and both the puffs...

There's some stuff that I love so much that I'll probably buy forever: brownies and smores bars are completely, to quote Rachel Ray: "yum-o" in my book...

Chili nacho puffs and I have recently really started loving the peanut butter crunch bars. Also, hot chocolate or brownies to make the pb cup with using PB2..

Also, as someone else said... I will never go back to regular peanut butter again... PB2 is wonderful...

Truthfully......if Medifast weren't so pricey....I'd probably make it a lifestyle and eat all of it for the rest of my life. I like the food THAT much. But since it isn't, I will (actually already have started) look for foods similar in nutritional value and taste but more economical...

I think the Hot Cocoa and Brownies are two things I will keep around to sooth my sweet tooth forever and ever unless I happen upon a lesser costing alternative...

The brownies, the dark chocolate antioxidant shake, the chicken noodle soup and the maple & brown sugar oatmeal. Also, the crackers. Probably the pancakes too. I just tried the pancakes for the first time last week and was surprised at how yummy they are. Even when I wasn't on the Medifast plan, I kept some of the packets around especially at work to have a fast, easy, healthier, lower-carb meal option...

The shakes. I'm healthier with those than I was with a good diet and vitamins. I think I have a food intolerance that I'm not being exposed to on MF..

I'll probably end up with a 5-2 plan for the rest of my life...

I think the Hot Cocoa is amazing. I love mixing it with coffee, hot or iced, and adding sf syrups or extracts to make different "mocha" flavors. This has completely replaced my lame, unhealthy, expensive Starbucks habit! I hope to keep using it permanently..

I also really love the chocolate pudding as a shake and can hardly believe it is only 100 calories...

I honestly can't think of a thing. I LOVE Medifast as a weight loss tool. There is none better. But my only concern is now and has always been the lack of natural ingredients used in MF. I will ingest them without question to get the weight off, but post Medifast I'm all about eating clean...

So many of the products are easy to eat and prepare and it's hard to beat the vitamins and minerals that are added in so I'll probably keep a few packets of nearly everything that I have now. I don't think I'd be able to eat several small meals a day otherwise because I just don't like making the effort to prepare them from scratch on a daily basis...

Chocolate and vanilla shakes for sure. They taste like cake batter to me, and I love to drink them first thing in the morning...
