Your question was: How to make tasty Medifast chicken soup?.

Try adding a little less water, a tsp of chicken broth granules, and chop a stalk of celery into it. Sometimes, if I have cooked chicken around, I will dice about a Tbsp and add that. Be sure you have let it "soak" a little - either add the water and just let it sit in the fridge overnight, or after it cooks for about 2 mins, then let it sit a little while before cooking it the last minute. If you cut back on the water it is almost like creamy chicken and noodles (okay I have an active imagination). Adding time for everything to get moisturized, and some seasoning should help a LOT! good luck, Lillian..

I just realized I was assuming you were talking about chicken noodle soup - was it? or was it cream of chicken? If it's the cream soup, I will post a recipe for the "shake cake" which makes something you can use as a bun for a burger, or put cheese and tomatoes on it as a "pizza" base or for grilled cheese! Let me know which you are working with. Lillian..

If you have the chicken soup, you can do the chip receipe. Thats what I do with mine.

1 pkg creamy soup.

Seasoning of your choice.

3 tablespoons water.

I enjoy the tomato this way, nice flavor. Nice to have some of a crunch. You can even add salsa to them and really eat them like a chip...

Chicken soup is one of my faves. I use about 6-8 oz of water and a packet of sodium free chicken boullion. Also I cook for 2 minutes stir, add another 2 minutes, stir and then cover the bowl and let it sit for 10-15 minutes (it is super boiling with 4 minutes so it's still really hot)...

Using the Chicken Noodle soup as a breading for your chicken..

Oh, my God, It was so yummy. I used regular chicken noodle.

Am also going to try the cream of chicken. Thanks for the tip...

I felt the same way about the Chicken Noodle soup. Then a friend suggested adding spinach. I love to take fresh spinach and sautee it in just a touch of oil and fresh garlic. So I added a little to the Chicken Noodle soup and now it's my favorite...

I put 1 tablespoon of salsa in mine. Also, tired added a chicken bouillion pack to it, pretty good. Maybe after awhile you will like the chicken soup, that is how I was with the shakes, but now I love them. Good luck, Linda in Pa...
