Got a question... How much weight Typically will you lose daily on the Medifast Diet? Thanks in advance for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Today I reached my goal of losing half of my own body weight..

I started Medifast on April 19, 2010, and as of today, I lost 124 pounds. I now weigh 124 pounds. I cannot believe that I reached this. It took me 3 weeks just to lose the last .9, but I DID IT!.

Almost a year of making smart food and exercise choices, saying no to birthday cake, wine, and anything else people told me I could just have a taste of..

Exercising when I was tired or didn't feel like it..

Ignoring people when they told me I should stop losing, and that I had lost enough..

I kept going no matter what, and I reached my goal. I canot believe I DID IT!.

Thank you to EVERYONE on this board. You have been a tremedous source of support, encouragement and information. If I can do it, so can you. I had no idea I had this in me. No idea. I learned so much about myself, and I am such a different person than I was a year ago..

Sorry about all of the rambling, but this is just bringing out so many emotions in me right now...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

You are an inspiration! I am back on Medifast after being off for almost 5 months and putting 10lbs. Back on. I started at 235 and I am currently at 188.6lbs. It seems impossible but I am ready to give it my best shot once again. How tall are you? I am 5'8". I have wondered just how low my body will go and be healthy at.

I am constantly getting pressure from family and friends to take a bite of this or that or to just go off plan for a day...we know what that leads to. Yours is the first post I have read since returning to Medifast and boy did I need to hear it. Good luck with your maintenance journey!..
