"you can have up to 3 Flavor Infusers a day in addition to your Medifast Meals. They are added to your water intake to count towards your 64 ounces of water per day.

Adding these to my water is considered part of my 64 ounces of water per day!? If this is true, I only have to drink 1 bottle of plain water per day and 3 bottles with the flavor infusors (unless I opt to drink more than the required 64 ounces). If I'm reading this correctly, this is the best news I've heard this week! I just received my shipment yesterday, am drinking my first one now (Strawberry Lemonade), and it is delicious!!!.

If anyone reads this and I'm wrong, PLEASE let me know. Thanks!..

Your question was: How many Medifast Flavor Infusers a day?.

Wow! I didn't think of it that way. I'm sure you are right, but I've already noticed from drinking just the first one that they do decrease my appetite so, if I were to drink 3 of them per day, I don't think I could drink much more water than the required 64 ounces.....I'd feel too full to do so..

I appreciate your honest input. Thanks so much!..

I never felt full when using them, but man I felt GOOD!..

I adore the Flavor infusers! They give me my caffeine for the day and I love them. But I don't do 3 a day because of cost. I sub in the walmart brand sugar and calorie free ones and those are great too! Good luck in your journey!..

I do like the Green Tea Lemon dissolved in a bit of water, then add about a 1/2 cup of diet 7Up and the rest is seltzer water...

Spinfan: That sounds good. I'm going to try that..

I have to say, after having two of the Flavor Infusers yesterday, they did make me feel full and I had to make myself eat my Medifast meals. And, they DEFINITELY made me feel good. I'd take these over coffee anyday...

I'm just curious....what is in the infusers that is making you feel good and full? Is it just the fact that you're drinking more water, or is the caffeine producing this "good" feeling...or is there some other ingredient that's doing it?.

I haven't tried the infusers yet, but am strongly considering ordering them with my next order because I have a REAL hard time downing 64 oz. of water a day...

CherylMelts:.

Here's what Medifast says about them:.

Metabolism boosters..

Contains 100 mg of caffeine..

Contains 90 mg of Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)..

Enhances fat burning by boosting metabolism and decreasing appetite.

Is specially designed to help you break through a weight-loss plateau and assist with weight maintenance.

Everytime I drink one, I just feel like I've eaten a meal (maybe it is all the water, I don't know, or maybe it's just that I'm now in the fat burning stage, I don't know) and I feel like I have more energy. Today, after having just one of them, I ended up cleaning my office desk from top to bottom. I felt good and just didn't want to sit still at the computer.

Hope this helps...

No, unfortunately that's what Nutrisystem says. It's one of the few times that I disagree strongly with them. IMO, infusers should be counted exactly the same way as crystal light, and they are almost identical in calories and carbs. BUT, they are Medifast products so I guess they can change the rules to sell more product..

Sorry. This is a pet peeve with me...
