Got a question... How does the Medifast diet plan work? Thanks in advance for any answer. My 2nd question... OMGoodness, I weighed myself this morning and I am down 18 lbs down..

I had to reweigh myself 4 times because I did not believe the numbers. Funny because I just wanted to see if there was any change an POW 18 lbs less. MEDIFAST IS AWESOME!!!!!! Can't wait to see what the scale reads come my first scheduled weigh-in which is Monday ...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

You've lost more in just the first few days then most people lose in 2 months on a "regular" diet plan ...

Right now I'm making my goals small an achievable for myself. Being that I have the equivalent of two whole people to lose (in weight). I figure doing this 25 lbs at a time will work best for me. It will help keep me focused on my ultimate goal but in a more realistic way and it will help to keep me from getting discourage..

@Ducati - fantastic!!! Your plan sounds great, to break the loss down into phases. If you haven't already, take a look at the board that has before and after photos. SOOO inspiring. You'll be on there yourself before you know it.

That's such a great loss..

Now, don't do what many others do and freak out when they don't have what they think is a great loss in weeks 2-5..

THIS IS NORMAL!.

Keep your enthusiasm, discipline, and commitment with you even during the slow weeks..

Just work the plan, don't expect 6+ pound losses every week, and you'll lose the weight at a better pace than any other program out there...
