Question I have... How does Medifast work? (For people who use it)? Thanks in advance for any answer. Second question of mine... Hello all. Today is Day 1 and I have a lot ot weight to lose. I am upset that I let myself get to this point..

I am ready to do this and I heard so many good things about this plan. I had a ready to drink vanilla shake for breakfast, brownie for mid morning and have chicken noodle soup waiting for me..

My day started at 10 am so I will be busy eating all day!.

So here I go on my journey to take my life back...Just going to do it...No deviations..No excuses and NO LOOKING BACK!!!!!!.

Any suggestions and tips will be welcome with open arms!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

Good luck! BTW, soups are better if you soak them first for a few hours...

Welcome, I am on day 12 and it is hard but you can do it..

One day at time.

Keep on the boards, stay educated, research new ideas for foods, try vegis you havent. if you get headaches the first week, the pickle and chicken broth really work. these people on here are great, they all offer ideas and tips and you are not in this alone. remember you are changing your mind as well as your body, creating new habits. it's takes time but we can do this..

Happy water drinking,.

Helen..

Welcome, you're in a great place! I started a week ago and I found a ton of great tips, recipes, support, and encouragement. It's NOT difficult if you have the right mindset. I honestly haven't felt the least bit that this program is hard because I am convinced it works for me and I've seen it work for others. I like their philosophy on weight-loss, and if you agree with it too, you'll find it a breeze to be on the program..

I would also advise having a Health Coach. I found one on Shape For Life, a sister site to Medifast. My health coach calls me almost everyday to check on me, and you can ask any question you want. Plus, health coaches had success with the program and know what works and what doesn't!.

Good luck to you and hope have fun with it!..
