L&G #2: Buffalo Chix Salad wrapped in green leaf lettuce leaves..
Dessert: since I got 5+ miles on the running shoes today, Chocolate PB2 "cheesecake!".
(1TBSP PB2, 1 TBSP Whipped CreamCheese w/1/2 pkt Splenda... layered, cheese then PB & frozen)..
Chicken and salad w/WF Creamy Bacon Ranch dressing. My DH and little DS got the yummiest-looking bread and corn to go with theirs! I'm so proud of myself for resisting!.

I keep seeing you talk about Chocolate PB2 "cheesecake"... I'm soooo trying this recipe!! But PB is a trigger food for me. Will I be able to stop at just one?? hmmmmm, rethinking this... anywho....
