My question is Have you tried the Medifast Diet? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. Was OP Oct/Nov. Gained it all and more. Just placed a new Medifast order today. WHY do I reward myself with food?..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Because it's easy and immediately gratifying, even though not long-term gratifying. And because you have a finely honed inner brat. Time to put that inner brat in some serious time-out!!! (Just don't put her in the corner with mine, they'll start plotting against us.)..

Medifast and TSFL has said that those who do not do the Habits of Health in addition to the wt loss, tend to gain their weight back, and those that work thru the Habits of Health with a TSFL coach tend to keep it off....

I don't yet have any personal experience with this, however, i'm working with my health coach, and encouraging those who I coach to work thru the habits of health... because they are really the tools of the program....

The Medifast meals are a way to make the wt loss easier, but like with any wt loss, to be successful long term you need to change your way of thinking and your whole relationship with food...

How does one "do the Habits of Health?" I'm new and I've not heard of that...

Oh yea.I take full responsibility for it. Zero exercise is really my problem. Had that killer cold going around this year and it lasted 7 weeks. Back to business...

It's a book put out by the Founder of TSFL. I've actually never heard Medifast directly promote the book, but some members and TSFL health coaches do. You can actually be quite successful without ever opening the book...

You're not alone! I was here with you in Oct/Nov, fell off the wagon on Christmas and am just re-starting. I gained back (mumble, mumble) pounds but have to forget the past and move forward. Chalk it up to the always learning lessons portion of our lives ;-)..
