First question I have is Has anyone tryed the Medifast Diet ? Thanks in advance for any comment. Second question.. I just started Medifast this past Sunday. I love coffee (i've been drinking a lot more due to the headaches I've been having since I started MF). Anyhow. I normally use fat free half and half in my coffee.

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Quick does it count has healthy fat if it's fat free?..

Be careful with the FF version, it has high carbs. I switched to the lite half and half which has much less then I went to 2 TBSP 2% milk as this is only 1 carb and 14 calories...

Fat Free half and half is not recommended on the program. Use the full-fat regular version of half and half, and you can either add 2 TBSP for a healthy fat, or count 1 TBSP as 1 condiment. You get 3 condiments per day, so theoretically you could have 3 TBSP/day + a healthy fat if you really wanted to..

I generally put 2 TBSP and 1 packet of splenda in my morning coffee (yes I weigh my half and half! 30 grams!) and count that as my 3 condiments for the day. Then I can still have a healthy fat with my veggies...

A great way around using half n half in coffee is using your drinks with your coffee. For expample I mix up my hot cocoa - and then mix half of it in a cup of coffee - I get two cups of coffee with out needing to use creamer - and it is quite yummy..
