Quick question..how does it count has healthy fat if it's fat free?..
Be careful with the FF version, it has high carbs. I switched to the lite half and half which has much less then I went to 2 TBSP 2% milk as this is only 1 carb and 14 calories...
Fat Free half and half is not recommended on the program. Use the full-fat regular version of half and half, and you can either add 2 TBSP for a healthy fat, or count 1 TBSP as 1 condiment. You get 3 condiments per day, so theoretically you could have 3 TBSP/day + a healthy fat if you really wanted to..
I generally put 2 TBSP and 1 packet of splenda in my morning coffee (yes I weigh my half and half! 30 grams!) and count that as my 3 condiments for the day. Then I can still have a healthy fat with my veggies...

A great way around using half n half in coffee is using your drinks with your coffee. For expample I mix up my hot cocoa - and then mix half of it in a cup of coffee - I get two cups of coffee with out needing to use creamer - and it is quite yummy..
