I was told of a gyro place nearby today that I've never been to before, I'm hoping they have a really good gyro style on plan salad..
How was the chicken fried rice and what "mods" did you do LOL..

It's a mediterranean dish that is essentially a taco made with a pita bread and filled with lamb (usually but can also be filled with any meat), greek yogurt sauce, feta, lettuce, and tomatoes. They are sooo good. I can't find a menu online so I'm taking a risk by going there blindfolded, but just about everywhere has some kind of salad..
If I can't find anything on plan then I'm going to make the boyfriend take me to Wendy's for their spicy chicken caeser salad which is sooo good!..
LOL, now throwing some meat into that gyro would be delish.......
Also...do you have to take out any veggies they put in their ceasar salad? Is itOP..
Basil pesto tilapia I found at Costco that is delicious! Salad and asparagus..

Sandy's Chicken with mushroom cream sauce. Keep the recipes coming Sandy! I love em!..
I designated Fridays as my "steak night" so I had an awesome steak I marinated in Tabasco garlic marinade and a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning. It sat in the fridge all day, so when I cooked it, it came out so tender. I had that with a bed of iceberg lettuce and cucumber with fat free Italian dressing on the side...
I had one of the best homemade L&Gs ever, taco seasoned ground turkey in butterhead lettuce wraps with sliced tomatoes and black olives, with Laughing Cow chipotle wedges smeared on the lettuce. Holy crap was it tasty...
